Woodside Lodge is a stunning two bedroom luxury log cabin with its own private hot tub (hot tub not available until april 2020). a beautiful modern interior which comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite a twin room, house bathroom and a beautiful open plan lounge and kitchen area, large windows and patio doors lead out onto the infinity balcony and flood the cabin with light thus ensuring the spectacular view can be appreciated from inside the lodge as well from the balcony and hot tub.
Throstle nest farm is a stunning newly refurbished guest house set in 6 acres of private land, with ample parking and seating areas. Nestled on the edge of the Aire Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside, Yet only two miles from the bustling market town of skipton" Gateway to the yorkshire dales", with its excellent restaurant, shops and cafe's, where you can enjoy a boat trip on the canal visit skipton's famous medieval castle and wander around the open market. Bolton Abbey, Malham, Grassington only a few miles away.

Throstle nest farm has been beautifully renovated with modern interior but still retaining its original character, It has five individual styled rooms all with en-suit bathrooms equiped with TV built in DVD player and freeview, wifi access, Hairdryer and radio alarm clock. A guest lounge/Dining room with oak floors and inglenook fireplace. A traditional Aga cooked breakfast will be prepared in our farm house kitchen. We are a family run business and our aim is to make your stay as special as possible.

Cononley is a traditional quiet Yorkshire Dales village, yet has excellent transport links into Skipton and the Dales. The train station is situated in the village and local buses can take you to the surrounding villages and towns. Skipton is famous for its medieval castle that dominates the picturesque High Street, winner of the “Best High Street in the UK, 2009, with its wide cobbled sets and unique shops. Other attractions include – Aireville Park with children’s play area, swimming pool, golf and tennis courses, pitch and putt, picnic areas, safe cycling, Skipton golf club, Sandylands sports centre – Squash, badminton, tennis, all weather pitches, Craven Museum, Cinema, ten-pin bowling and snooker centre, Canal boat trips, Embsay to Bolton Abbey Yorkshire Dales steam railway.

Very relaxing!

This was our third stay at the lodge and we absolutely love it. It is so scenic and relaxing. We have stayed in all 3 of the self catering accommodations and all of them have everything you need for an amazing stay (dish wash, washing machine). We stayed with family this year, we were in one lodge and they stayed next door in the other and it was so ideal to be so close by to each other. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The owners are fantastic too.

We stayed in lodge one. We found it really spacious, well equipped and absolutely loved the views from the French doors and veranda. Very comfortable outside patio set. We found them to be more comfortable than the sofa but will definitely return soon.

This is our second visit and it was beautiful. Paula was so helpful and view is breath taking. The lodge has everything that you could possibly need, we cooked a full roast dinner with ease. Hot tub was amazing 😻 a perfect break and we will be booking for next year and would 100% recommend this idyllic beautiful place to everyone.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

We were a party of 4 and all very pleased with our spacious lodge. With amazing unspoiled views from the lounge and decking area, good quality outside dining table and chairs, very comfy cushions. Two small but adequate bedrooms and bathrooms, 1 shower over bath, 1 walk-in shower in en suite, with toiletries supplied and heated towel rail.Will definitely return soon.

Lovely hidden gem in great surroundings

We booked Lodge 1 for a two-night mid-week break. It is lovely and modern, hidden away in the countryside. The hot tub was a highlight, as was the peace and quiet. It was nice to switch off for a couple of days. Just two miles from Skipton and other small villages, you can easily eat out or pick up some shopping and enjoy the lodge as we did. It's really nice and we would stay again.

We had the best week staying at Throstle Nest Farm and have already said that we will be back soon. The whole lodge was immaculately clean and modern. The views were stunning and our favourite thing was train spotting as the trains came past (in view but not loud enough to disturb). We’ll be back very soon!

Outstanding views and immaculate accommodation.

This was the perfect retreat for our family of three over half term. It was an amazing week and the lodges are warm, immaculately and plushly decorated and offer the most stunning views. I didn’t want to leave! The modern kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher made it easy to prepare food and there are lots of amenities within driving distance. My favourite part of the day was late afternoon sitting with a cup of tea and reading my book whilst looking out at the view. Perfect.
