Very nice and cozy spot for a couple. Close to many attractions. Host was accessible and very nice. The rooms was clean and the bed was comfortable! We will definitely use this place again for future trip.

The area was really safe. It has a nice outside seating place (in the shade what was perfect). The only thing what we missed was hand towels or paper towels to dry dishes and hands with.

I loved this place. It was super quiet; the bed was super comfy. I was here on a quick trip and needed something nearby the airport and this place was perfect. Carmen communicated through out and prior to my stay. If you're looking for something on a solo trip or a couple this place is perfect!

The owner Carmen responds quickly . I had no issues. The studio is very charming and clean. You can cook there or you can go to nearby bakery for breakfast. The bakery is a block away . Local big Grocery store within 5 minute drive and Walmart within a 10 min drive . Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive , very close to airport. Very private and very quiet, we loved it !!!

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect and suited my every need. Clean, quiet, cozy! A short drive to the beach and restaurants. The host was attentive and welcoming. Never a message away. She lives in the property but you wouldn’t even know it. I was able to rest when needed and get some work done without worrying about noise or interruptions! Nice but a little disappointed.

The room was clean. There isn’t much space to put your stuff in the bathroom, no power socket in bathroom so if you need to curl your hair, good luck. The stove top didn’t work despite them advertising to having one. There was a big roach in the room rattling the garbage can. There’s a muggy smell in the room too. Too tiny for 2 people. It was fine for just me.

Yes we have power socket in the door of the bathroom, never we have roach maybe you let the door open because the big one only came from outside. And I don't know how is possible muggy smell and you ask me for a free late check out, let me understand everything was bad but you wanted to stay more time in the studio. 🤔🤥

The host completely forgot she had a booking and left her guest waiting for an hour. Once a new booking elsewhere was made because we had no choice, she called to say the day got away from her. She then said she thought we were getting there at 3:30 yet she did not contact us and we did not leave till 4:30. In either case per policy she was supposed to send us the code to the lockbox no later than 2pm. She is now refusing to refund for a stay we didn’t use. She seems very scammy and VRBO which is actually who this booking is through cannot get in contact with her. I have all the emails and communications,
