About this property

The Green House in Trastevere

Delightful and comfortable apartment in an elegant building in Trastevere.
The apartment is a strategic position to visit Rome, 15 mins on foot from Trastevere district heart and Testaccio district. Porta Portese flea market (on Sundays) is 5 mins walk away. The tram/bus stop (n. 3 and 8) that leads to the city's historic center is 2 mins walk away. The Trastevere train station (connected to airports and main railway station) is just 5 mins on foot. A supermarket is just 3 mins walk away.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed (will be prepared only in case of 3 or 4 guests booking), dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Fully recently refurbished, it is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay: free wi-fi, independent air conditioning, independent heating, TV, oven, microwave oven and washing machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The palace is about 50 meters away from the street and therefore the apartment is quiet and peaceful.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For booking for up to 2 guests will be prepared only the double bed. Only in case of booking for 3 or 4 guests will be prepared also the sofa bed.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 115 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Perfect apartment!

We stayed a week in this gem of an apartment. It is quiet but close to buses and the train to the airport. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby make this a wonderful base for a visit to Rome.

Great apartment; location and cleanliness!

We were checked in early, which was a blessing. The next day the Nespresso machine quite working and it was replaced that very day with a new machine! The apartment is great for 2 people. The location is wonderful. The trams #3 & #8 were just outside the apartment. There were various grocery stores in the neighborhood, making shopping a breeze. We enjoyed ourselves there for a months time. Ddonatella was amazing.

Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet , die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wenn man das Sofabett nutzen möchte : es befindet sich im Wohnraum , also Durchgangszimmer. Ins Zentrum fahren Busse , die zeitweise sehr voll sind.
