Amazing location

This place is clean, quiet, and convenient to many great restaurants and sites! Being on the other side of the river was perfect. Owner was really good at communicating ahead of time and during our stay.

Perfectly located and recommanded

Nicely located not far from city centre (15 mins walking) in a calm area. Supermarket very close. Good restaurants and ice-cream nearby. Excellent communication with the owner. Definitely recommended !

Great location

We had a great short stay at this property. The size was perfect for my husband and I and our son. It was located close to the gardens, palace and bridge. The apt had everything you need but it was a bit darker than I was expecting because it was at the back of the building but also quiet. btback.

Great location to spend a few days (or more!) in Florence

Beautiful apartment with lots of windows in a charming location with easy walking access to many attractions around Florence. Would not recommend driving into this area of town it you're claustrophobic - we found a parking garage on the other side of the water that was much easier to drive in :)

Fabulous time in Florence

This was a truly delightful place to stay in Florence, we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go & return at anytime during the day to take a break. The apartment was lovely, clean, cool and perfect for the 3 of us. Nico contacted us in advance to ensure we had all of the details, and then followed up right to our arrival and then the next day. Highly recommend.

Charming Flat in Boboli

This charming flat in a "real" neighborhood of Florence near Boboli Palace and Garden was perfect for our stay of 10 days. It is well appointed with a great kitchen and two bedrooms. There are 2 convenience markets and one Carrefour grocery nearby, as well as numerous restaurants which felt quite authentic. Bus stop for getting to the train station is also nearby. The quiet neighborhood is a fair trade-off for the 15 to 20 minute walk into Florence's center. We would highly recommend this property.

Great, but only if traveling WITHOUT a car

If traveling without a car this place is really wonderful. The location was great, the apartment was quite comfortable and the rooms were very tasteful. I thought the layout of the property was perfect and the hosts had several nice touches like having some water available to drink and an extra set of keys. READ IF ARRIVING WITH A CAR However, we drove to Firenze and when booking places to stay we were very careful about selecting places with parking listed as an amenity; which included this listing. We were told we could find parking for free in Piazza della citta by the host. However, soon after we found parking some Police women came by and told us that we needed a parking permit, which was for residents only, and that our car would be towed if we remained parked there. The host only commented that they had parked there previously without issue. We tried calling nearby parking garages, but they required a reservation and were full, so we were forced to stay in a parking space with no daily rate at a huge cost! This was very disappointing, because the listing is clearly misleading. Had we known we needed to pay a fee to park we could have made a reservation at significant savings or chose to book another listing. Note that if you are arriving by car, this area is in a ZTL area and you will NOT be able to drive directly to the apartment. It's not far and we did fine with schlepping our bags, but people who may have mobility challenges might like to know.

Piacevole soggiorno, relax assoluto !

Appartamento carino e molto silenzioso, rispetta in tutto la descrizione. Il quartiere è caratteristico con tanti piccoli locali tipici e supermarket vicinissimo. In pochi minuti si arriva a piazza pitti , ponte vecchio e Uffizi. Accoglienza super del proprietario, sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Molto gradita la bottiglia di Chianti , grazie ! Torneremo sicuramente.
