Elegant villa with an enchanting view on the Gulf of Orosei and on the small port of Cala Gonone; finely furnished, it is characterized by wide spaces both inside and outside. Developed on two levels, inside it consists of a spacious living area with direct access to the furnished terrace and the garden, embellished by the presence of handcrafted furniture; separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms with possibility of beds (single or double) according to the needs; 3 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a Jacuzzi and the third one with a washing machine. From the living room as from various rooms you can access verandas and terraces, furnished with tables and chairs, as well as the garden where there are also deckchairs to enjoy the wonderful sea view. Present: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue, outdoor shower. The villa is located in a really perfect location: convenient to the beach and the center, about 500 meters, but still in a private position and that allows you to enjoy the utmost tranquility and a view of the sea truly unique and unforgettable! If you need four more beds, attached to the house there is the possibility to rent a very nice tworoom annexe furnished in perfect Sardinian style, with additional bathroom.
