It is a very large and spacious apartment with Wi-Fi. It’s very bright, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 half-bath, and a large outdoor terrace offering spectacular views from the 9th floor (with an lift), right on the beachfront.

It’s very comfortable for 7 people, all sleeping in beds; however, since it’s large and spacious, you could bring a folding bed or an air mattress as an exception, allowing one more person to sleep there (with prior notice to the property).

The living room has 1 sofa, a TV, and an extendable dining table and chairs for 6 people. It isn’t particularly modern, but improvements will be added over time, such as a TV stand, etc.

It opens onto a large terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the apartment’s beautiful views of the sea and the beach—a perfect spot to eat every day.

It has 4 bedrooms, arranged as follows: 1 master bedroom with a double bed, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (the room where you can see a desk will be converted), and 1 single bedroom.

All rooms have good windows and ventilation; the master bedroom overlooks the sea on the opposite side of the house. Since it’s on the 9th floor, it’s very well ventilated—not at all stuffy—yet filled with natural light and offering incredible views.

It features a fully equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).

It also has one full bathroom with a shower and a separate small half-bath.
