This property was originally part of the adjoining estate, as the caretakers residence. Gentle renovations and upgrades through the years have brought this property to the gem it is today without compromising the old world charm. Now back under the ownership of the Manor, the "Captain Barter House" property awaits your arrival. Rent by itself or as part of the estate which includes 3 homes. While 2 properties are pet friendly (402456 & 343069) the Capt Barter House is not. All have incredible ocean/harbor views and are allowed access to the piers and floats.

3 bedrooms with full or partial water views really provide guests the chance to enjoy coastal living at its best. The separate office space for the workaholic offers privacy but partial water views across the covered porch to the harbor.

1 nicely sized full bath is centrally located in the upstairs hallway, accessible to all bedrooms. The second bath is conveniently situated downstairs just off the laundry room (full size W/D).

The equipped kitchen will keep the cook in your group happy and ready to serve fresh, coastal cuisine. The dining area for 6 just off the kitchen offers glass sliders that makes dining all the better thanks to the water views. In good weather, take the meal outside on the deck; nothing like ocean breezes, good friends, and good food. A new awning was added in 2020, offering shade throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy: If a secured reservation is cancelled, there will be a 100% refund of the rental deposit if the same week or month is re-rented. If the same week or month is not re-rented, the rental deposit will be forfeited.
