With a ground floor twin bedroom and an impressive and spacious master suite on the first floor, it’s the perfect base for exploring North Wales for couples or families. The large L-shaped open plan kitchen, dining and living area is the perfect place to cook, eat and relax with sliding patio doors out to the enclosed garden. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with split level electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Not just attractive, the house is practical with a good-sized utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is an enclosed garden to the rear and picnic bench with outdoor seating area, great for enjoying an evening drink or eating al fresco. The gravelled driveway to the front of the cottage has parking for 2 cars and an electric vehicle charging point. Located in a gloriously elevated position with fields to the rear but the most wonderful view across Cardigan Bay. Relax from sunrise to sunset and enjoy panoramic views of Cardigan Bay, mountains and beaches. Situated just away from the centre of Pwllheli it is a wonderful relaxing property to explore the wonders that the Llyn peninsula has to offer.

Pwllheli with its bars, restaurants and shops is within walking distance and the Peninsula’s lovely beaches and Coastal Path are within a short drive. The town centre of this popular seaside town is nearby - many distinctive independent shops, boutiques and coffee shops.

A very good cottage for exploring North West Wales. The standard of the cottage is 'high' and has every comfort including many jigsaws, games and DVD's for those rainy days plus a smart TV for all internet 'catch up' programmes.

We had a lovely Christmas break at Seaborne Cottage. The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. There was plenty of cupboard storage for food and a spacious fridge/freezer. The master bedroom was roomy and the bathrooms and showers were excellent. The cottage was tastefully decorated for Christmas, with sweet treats and mulled wine, which were really appreciated.The weather wasn't great outside, it was wet, windy and cold, but we were cosy and warm inside, with a great selection of games, books and videos. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Seaborne cottage! The location is great and the view is gorgeous! There is everything that you could need and more within the home! We was so impressed with the facilities and all of the little extras included. The value for money was excellent and the hosts were friendly and responsive.Very short walk into Pwhelli (up a super steep hill) and a 30 min drive to loads of great places (Criccieth, Newquay, portmeirion) and surrounded by lovely walks and beaches!Our little son left some things and the host very kindly offered to post them back to us, which we thought was very kind!
