The Gallery 293 Historic Loft is a beautiful 2,500 sq. ft. loft located in historic downtown Coopersville, MI. The loft is the only residential unit in the building. Experience the beauty and architecture of this historic, restored building featuring Chicago brick walls, spacious 10 ft. ceilings, 7 ft. windows, original birds eye maple floors and all the amenities of home. It's convenient location is within walking distance of restaurants and bars, a bakery, hardware store, hair salons and spas, boutiques and more. Located between Grand Rapids and the lakeshore and minutes away from Interstate 96, the Historic Loft is close to downtown Grand Rapids businesses and attractions, as well as Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches, dunes and miles of bike/walking trails.

First of all this place is gorgeous in every detail and both comfortable and luxurious. Susan was great when we had a WiFi question. She also offered an excellent breakfast place recommendation when we ran into her outside. Parking was very ample. It’s a cute downtown area but very quiet at night. The kitchen was beautiful but I confess we didn’t use much beyond the refrigerator.

This place is amazing! It is larger than the pictures show. We loved how charming and all the artwork. It was clean and well organized so easy to find things. The puzzles and toys for kids to use are a helpful touch when the toddler was over the travel toys. It was easy to find parking and you can enter from front or rear. It had all the amenities you would need for a visit and more (like a step stool for our toddler son). There are local shops that are great for last minute or forgotten items. The bakery and creamery are so close and we would highly recommend. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful loft is a very comfortable place to stay.

The place is big and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were big and the living space was large and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting access but the owner was available immediately to provide us the info we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely property, very clean, spacious, decorated and well appointed! I would highly recommend given proximity to Grand Haven! Coopersville is a quaint town too!

Great place to visit

Spacious, beautifully decorated loft. 3 large bedrooms, 2 living areas and a great kitchen. We spent Memorial weekend in a quaint town with a great bakery and pizza restaurant. They even had a parade right outside our window. Reservations, check in, everything went so smoothly. Susan was wonderful to work with.

The building was purchased in 1995 for my custom framing studio. In 1999-2000 the 2nd floor was transformed into living space for my family. In 2018 I decided to let guests enjoy this beautiful space thru VRBO. This space is very dear to my heart and continue to make it an inviting space for families.
