The flat is situated at 12 Rue Du Pre in the heart of 'le suquet', the old town of Cannes.

It is just a 50m from the bars and restaurants on the famous 'Rue Saint Antoine' and 'Rue Du Suquet'. Just 4 minute walk to the beach and only a 7 minute walk to the town center, Croisette and Palais des Festivals, making it an ideal location for conferences and holidays. It is close enough to the action but just far enough to remain quiet and relaxing.

There is a local supermarket within 50m of the front door. The train station is a 12 minute walk and the main bus terminal is 5 minutes.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 19th century stone building and has high ceilings with wooden beams, white floor tiles and is very comfortably furnished with all modern amenities.

It is a double aspect 1 bedroom apartment of 45sqm which is light and airy. The living area and kitchen are open plan and the bedroom has and en-suite bathroom. The toilet is separate and accessible from both areas. The double sofa bed in the living area allows the flat to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

The apartment has WIFI, 40' LED flat screen screen TV with cable, DVD player, Xbox 360 and sound system. It is offered fully furnished with high quality linen and towels provided.

Flat in fantastic location in Cannes

Flat is very good and is near to the beach, many restaurants and shops. Good facilities, and we understand the entrance hall and common areas are to be redecorated soon.

In an excellent location and very comfortable.

Comfortable flat and well equipped. entrance old but once in flat has been refurbished and has all you need. Convenient shop nearby and multitude of restaurants only a few minutes walk. Excellent value

Hidden Gem

Typical vintage french apartment on the 3rd floor in old cannes near to castle. Clean Well equipped and very comfortable bed - easy to have meals in as local supermarket stocks most things and a fantastic food market nearby with local produce and amazing french cheeses.Very close to beach restaurants and the wonderful shops in cannes , spent 3 days here but could have easily stayed longer.Great for 2 + people, had very large comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 2. We appreciated Fans, TV and access to Wi fi. Good value for the location and comfort.
