In front of the structure there is the splendid beach and the small port, starting point for the many excursions that are organized daily. The town center is just a few steps away, as are pubs, restaurants, shops and the streets of the evening nightlife. Private internal parking available for FREE.
In the sleeping area there is a double bed with memory mattress, comfortable and functional kitchenette with induction hob and fridge. Bathroom with shower, air conditioning, smart HD TV and free wi-fi. Balcony at street level with table and chairs. Apartment also equipped with washing machine and detergents.

Loved this little place. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was so well pulled together and it was in a great area, close to the beach and restaurants galore. I can't say enough about how well equipped the place was, we had everything we needed and then some (especially compared to so many places we have stayed throughout Italy). We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

Simply Fabulous!

Amazing property, just a short walk to the beach! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Gaspero and Nancy, the owners, are truly wonderful - so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Amazing place to stay in San Vito

We stayed two different times with Gaspar and Nancy. What a lovely property. It is steps from the beach. It has everything including washer. The air conditioning worked well. Its so perfectly located and it includes parking which is essential in san vito. The hosts were welcoming and very accomodating. We would stay again and again here. We absolutely loved The lighthouse and the Moon!
