Villa di Aurora is a rental holiday home with swimming pool in San Cesario di Lecce, Salento. The villa with swimming pool is on two floors and accommodates up to 10 guests. 
The villa, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool, is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, interent, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv, outdoor shower, parking, electric gate.

villa is surrounded by a big fenced garden. The swimming pool is at the
back of Villa di Aurora, with solarium, beach beds and umbrellas, the porch with wooden covering and the outdoor dining area.
On the ground floor of the villa there are: living room with open kitchen and tv, 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and access to the garden.
The upper floor is reachable by outdoor stairs. On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms
with ensuite bathroom, tv and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has
access to a small furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Villa
di Aurora is in San Cesario di Lecce, near the city centre of Lecce, a
town full of architectural Baroque beauties. Lecce is a lively town all
year long. Moreover, the villa is a short drive away from the beaches of
the Adriatic coast and the Ionian coast.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
