Convenient location

Enjoyed our stay at this location in the slaughterhouse district. Owner was communicative. Property was clean. Showers were hot (great water pressure).

Excellent location, comfortable local neighborhood.

The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful with all sorts of specialty food stores and local restaurants. Access to Madrid sights was convenient for either walking or short cab rides. We cooked our own breakfasts and ate out for lunch and dinner. Check in and out were easy. I would definitely recommend this property to friends visiting Madrid.

The apartment was as advertised. Micheal was helpful in getting me checked in, even giving me he what’sApp information, in case I had questions. I didn’t everything was perfect highly recommended!

Nice place but lacking some items

place was clean and quiet. We had difficulty contacting the owners on how to access the place and wasted several hours sitting outside. Also there were no batteries in the fan remote, no kleenex or coffee. Only liquid soap in the shower.

Precio valor bueno, pero........

Es un edficio bastante viejo pero el apto esta 100% renovado y casi perfecto Me quede sin electricidad en 3 oportunidades por falla interna del apto y habia dejado mi computadora haciendo un trabajo largo que se perdio en 2 oportunidades, ojo la falla es interna, tuve que pasara la cuchilla electrica yo Esta bien equipado, pero el baño necesita ajustes Los ganchos para las toallas estan flojos, la tapa del water floja y una gaveta desajustada. El resto esta muy bien
