This holiday home has two bedrooms including a king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas flame-effect fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking and a rear enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Please note, there are steps up to the garden patio, and this is a pet-free, smoke-free home. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles and a beach in 0.5 miles. Choose Hillywych Studio for a relaxing trip to the Cornish Coast.
Note: Dogs are not permitted upstairs. They are welcome on the ground floor and in the garden but not in the carpeted areas or bedrooms.
