About this property
Apartamento Santa Engracia-Bilbao M (ESL5)
Life has its magic moment and the magic is breathed in this beautiful apartment. We arrived in Madrid and in the most luxurious neighborhood of the capital, where bankers, notaries, restaurant and businessmen settled throughout the twentieth century.
Today history is written 10 minutes walk from any part of the beautiful and cozy Madrid.
Españoleto (José Rivera) was an internationally famous painter of the 17th century, raised in the light of Caravagio and the Neapolitan school. Our house also breathes the Italian-Venezuelan spirit of its owners, who breathe talent and detail in every corner.
The location is unbeatable, to do business, to enjoy the best museums in Madrid and the new and emblematic Santiago Bernabeu, home of the thousand times laureate Real Madrid.
The owners are an international couple: Isabel from Colombia (Cali) and Daniele from Italy (Parma) who met in Australia (Sydney) and came to live in Spain (Madrid).
This is their first property and what they call the house of reunion (where they have finally returned to live together after meeting and living for a while in Sydney during the Covid).
In this recently renovated house (with a very modern interior) they have already had friends from all over the world (literally from all continents) and we hope that this vibe of multicultural, traveling people will continue in this house.
They leave in this house their little touch of love for good food and drink, for nature, for cinema and travel. You will be able to find some details of the parts of the world where they have lived before meeting each other.
We welcome you in a house located in an elegant and quiet neighborhood, but with its party corners and many very well hidden and unexpected; an area very well connected with the whole city, near the center of Madrid and the university of ISAE.
