Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.. Enclosed rear paved courtyard with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. No smoking.. Situated in the heart of the historic market town of Richmond, this delightful cottage stands beside the church in the fashionable cobbled avenue of Newbiggin and is believed to be one of the oldest cottages in the town dating back to the 16th century. The cottage is cosy and welcoming with an electric wood burner in the living/dining room plus dining table and chairs, and enjoys the privacy of an enclosed courtyard to the rear. It is ideally situated for exploring the area with a host of nearby attractions including Richmond Castle, theatre, a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and picturesque riverside walks. A contribution towards the cost of parking is provided for parking close to the cottage or elsewhere in the area. Shop and restaurant 300 yards, pub 200 yards.

Such a cosy warm cottage.

Such a cosy warm cottage. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds and sofas. Been several times and really love it there. Owner very thoughtful leaving some money towards parking . Will definitely return again .
