Lovingly renovated throughout by the owners, White Abbey is a beautiful stone-built property situated on the outskirts of Skipton with views across the fields and moors beyond. This property oozes charm and character where guests can fully immerse themselves in country living, with features like the aga in the kitchen, wooden beams, exposed brickwork throughout, spiral staircase and incredible open fireplace in the living room where you can snuggle up on those colder evenings. White Abbey offers both friends and families a luxury holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The property boasts four good-sized bedrooms, the master bedroom is located on the first floor along with two other bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds ideal for children. The lovely family bathroom again on the first floor is equipped with a shower over the bath and a Heated towel rail.

Down the fantastic spiral staircase to the ground floor, you have a very comfortable living area with a gorgeous open fire and Smart TV. White Abbey has a gorgeous kitchen which is fully equipped for all your culinary needs along with an Aga and breakfast bar. Up 5 steps from the hallway White Abbey has a large dining area which is fantastic for socialising and entertaining, perfect if you are away celebrating. From the dining area up a couple of steps you also have a double bedroom and separate toilet. Doors leading from the dining room you are greeted by the new addition to White Abbey, a delightful conservatory which is ideal to have your morning coffee in. To the rear White Abbey has a gorgeous elevated private patio area which has some breath-taking views over the magnificent countryside which surrounds the property, ideal to sit out and have a drink alfresco.

Close by is the market town of Skipton also known as ’The Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales’ which has so much to offer visitors, from a great selection of independent shops and restaurants to the ancient castle which is open daily. The market sits on the cobbled area either side of the main thoroughfare. With its wonderful canal path and pretty, long boats, you can book a day’s boat ride and enjoy the stunning Yorkshire Dales countryside from the water. Haworth is also close by and is known its association with the Brontë sisters and the preserved heritage Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. Whether you want to walk or cycle the Yorkshire Dales, it is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks. Other towns and villages close by are Ilkley, Otley, Harrogate and a little further afield Leeds and York, all easily accessed by car..
