A delightful and stylish 4 bedroom villa in a prime but unique location close to the sea and with all amenities on hand. The detached villa is on two floors and has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 shower rooms en-suite) and will accommodate up to 8 people. This modern, tastefully designed villa is light, spacious and has panoramic sea views from the upper floor and terrace. For your comfort during those warm sultry evenings the villa is fully air-conditioned. On the lower level the accommodation consists of the master double with en-suite wet room, second double with en-suite wet room and a twin bedded room with an independent full bathroom. On the upper level you will find the spacious and opulent salon with comfortable sofas, an inviting 43” flat screen TV, Sky Sports/Movies, free HIGH SPEED Fibre Optic WIFI. The dining room is inviting and spacious with seating for 8 and the stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to make your holiday more enjoyable. Leading from the lounge is the upper terrace where you can relax and enjoy panoramic sea views. The fourth bedroom (twin bedded) with its en-suite wet room is also located on the upper level. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces, exercise with a game of American pool then experience your own Hot Tub Jacuzzi and later dine on the terrace and enjoy that ´alfresco dining experience.

Great Stay

Lovely villa in a great location 5 min walk to main strip. Rooms are spacious and has lots of outdoor space, with lots of seating and sun loungers . Great communication from hosts. Would definitely return.

Well equipped villa, close to beach and restaurants

Communication was excellent during the booking process, we had a couple of niggling problems ( which Jill sorted out very quickly).Good space , good showers ( also a bath) , pool was warm, and the hot tub was great for the November/December evenings ( pool & hot tub cleaned twice during our 1week stay).

Avery enjoyable stay at Villa Joel. The pool, hot tub & pool table were all great & used a lot. The villa was very comfortable in general although the mattresses on the beds could do with being renewed but that is a minor point. The location of the villa is ideal .

Lovely villa with a great pool. Nicely decorated. Good sized rooms. Beds were comfortable. Lovely to have ensuite in 3 rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect villa in a great location

We had an amazing stay in Villa Joel. The villa was stunning and it met all of our needs. The children lived in the heated pool which was cleaned twice during our week's stay. The villa is only a few minutes walk to the strip and supermarket plus Lidl was only a €3 taxi fare away. We played Monopoly with the kids which was also supplied (nice touch). It was the best family holiday we have ever had. We can't wait to return!

Birthday getaway

Great location. Only few minutes walk to shops, bars etc. very large and sunny pool area. Comfortable beds and modern open kitchen lounge diner with great views to sea and fuerteventura from balcony. An enjoyable stay as offered great location and lots of space. Cleaned villa and pool midweek which we did not expect and got clean towels. A very quiet street literally minutes from the busy strip. Enjoyed the hot tub, great size pool and a game of pool during the day. Wifi worked fine and air con if you need it.

Very nice villa

The villa is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Considering the hot weather the inside of the villa kept relatively cool and it was a bonus having English TV. The pool table was another asset and kept the boys happy. The villa is only a short walk to the sea front so there is no need to have a car. Overall we all enjoyed the holiday and the villa is a great place to stay.

We spent a lovely week in villa joel. The villa was exactly as advertised. Lovely pool and hot tub. The villa was up a hill. Easy walk to the supermarket. The next door neighbour started chopping trees down without warning us which made our pool dirty but a quick email to Jill and it was soted straight away l

Great stay in early April

Me and 5 friends spent a week on Lanzarote in early April and we really enjoyed it. Great accommodation and awesome outside area. We spent most of our time outside and had fun in the pool and hottub. The barbecue was also nice. Inside the rooms were spacious, comfy and clean. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. Overall it was an awesome time. Thanks.

Best Villa we've stayed at in Puerto Del Carmen

This is a fantastic villa from most aspects, including privacy, location, views, facilities and space. Jill was extremely good at replying to all of our queiries and everything was sorted for us, including travel cot with comfy 3" mattress for baby. The only small niggles were that some areas of each bathroom could do with a deep clean and there are only 3 teaspoons, which is not enough when you have a baby to feed. Would we stay here again? Definitely!!

Lovely Vlla Perfect Location

Had a lovely relaxing holiday at villa Joel, 5 adults 2 children. Pool area was bigger than expected, Pool nice size and lovely and warm as was the hot tub. Villa was a good size had lots of space for everyone. Aircon was good, probably cost €5 a day to keep it cool. Kitchen really well stocked and a lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. The balcony overlooking the sea was much bigger than expected which was perfect for drinks in the day or evening. The shaded outside lounge area by the pool was perfect for when you needed a rest from the sun. Beach and all the restaurants/bars not even a 5 minute walk away. Jill was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole booking experience and holiday. We would all definitely come back to villa Joel or try one of the other villas that they have.

Overall lovely villa. Loved the upside down effect. Lounge upstairs so enabling sea view. The pool was lovely and warm.....hot tub .....both very well used A few minutes walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. Booking no problem and all contact with Jill Capron very friendly. I would go back to this villa with no hesitation !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Joel. The villa is just like it looks in the pictures and the pool is a lovely temperature. It's really well stocked with plenty of crockery and cutlery. We didn't use the AC so can't comment on that but every thing else was in good working order. They had even left stair gates which was just not we needed with a toddler! We would definitely recommend this villa.

Centrally situated, nicely furnished, pool and outside excellent.

Seven of us stayed for ten days in May and it was great. Ten minute walk to main strip (Ave. de las Playas) less to decent supermarket but the highlight was the outside area with loads of space, lots of seating and shade if you need it. The pool was on the smallish side but that meant it was lovely and warm all the time. My three year old grandaughter finally managed to swim just before we flew on holiday so she absolutely adored it, with the safe steps in, and spent nearly all day, every day, in there. Didn't get to meet Jill the owner unfortunately but we were admirably looked after by Lynne of the cleaning team who sorted our wi-fi glitch and the pool cleaner guy was a laugh. I would absolutely recommend this villa to everyone without hesitation and we are thinking of booking again next year.

Amazing villa totally loved it!

Beautiful property both inside and out definitely true to the pictures we saw before booking. We made good use of loungers, pool, hot tub and bbq. Great location just a short walk from the strip bars and small supermarket. Would definitely recommend and return if travelling in large party again. Owner Jill popped in to see everything was ok and appreciated this as never rented privately before.

Amazing Villa

This villa is simply 5 star! An immaculate heated pool with an as impressive hot tub. Both cleaned during our week. 4 great sized bedrooms and bathrooms/wetrooms with hot, powerful showers. A contemporary living area, two leather sofas, Full UK TV and impressive kitchen with everything you need. The terrace leading from the lounge was larger than I imagined. In less than 10 minutes you're on the sea front with all the bars, restaurants and shops. (& only 4 euro in a taxi!) This villa was a brilliant find, Jill was friendly and helpful from the initial booking to the day we left! Can't wait to return in March!
