Wild Rose is a beautiful little caravan park which is currently ongoing lots of new and exciting renovations. The new in and out pool is so beautifully done. Loved the dog exercise area but I thought maybe a few tunnels and maybe a splash area for them would make it more fun. A bit of confusion whether you can bbq or not, site says no and in the accommodation says no however there were guests having bbqs all around us. We stayed in one of the Pet Hives, and it was as expected, not cleaned thoroughly, cooker didn’t work, cupboards hanging off, one patio door completely foggy and well those sofa beds need looking at as neither of them were even bareable to sleep on. We had such a bad first night we made our own bed on the floor. The restaurant area is dog friendly which was lovely to have our furbabies join us for tea. We had a lovely stay overall apart from needing a massage once home. We would recommend this holiday park. If you repaired some of the issues your guests keep pointing out then I think you would get lots more visitors. Appleby town is so picturesque and everyone really friendly.
