About this property

One of Torquay's finest Victorian Mansions - now chic and modern holiday accommodation for up to te

St Anne's Manor can rightly claim to be one of Torquay' finest Victorian mansions having survived the years in tact as a family home. The property sits behind high walls and has an electric gate - there are more than three acres of gardens where children can play and explore. It's a property full of surprises including a luxury cedar wood hot tub.

The interior of the property has been re-purposed for 21st century occupants and guests and gives you a taste of Hollywood glamour and style without ever losing sight of its grand Victorian heritage.

As you enter the property through its porticoed entrance, you have a real sense that you are somewhere special. One the ground floor is the wonderful drawing room with doors that give access onto the sun terraces outside. Adjacent to this room is another with a pool table. Also on the ground floor is the enormous kitchen diner where ten people can gather in great comfort and style. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and there is a further additional kitchen - "The Butler's" kitchen where there is an an extra oven and dishwasher. The ground floor is also where the TV lounge is located. This has a large screen TV and plenty of large comfy sofas for cosy evenings in. Also on the ground floor is the gym where there are a number of CV exercise machines plus free weights.

The property has five bedrooms with five bathrooms (four of which are ensuite).

Outside, sitting in the gardens, there is an incredible outside kitchen which is available for guest use (subject to weather conditions and seasons).

Please note that a gardener attends the property twice a week to ensure the grounds are kept to the highest standards.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic house over New year. It was even better than we had imagined and Grant and Adam were very helpful. A great base for adventures on foot and by car. Highly recommend. Thank you

Beautiful accommodation with exceptional customer service

The accommodation is fabulous, comfortable and spacious with exquisite decor. The grounds are well manicured and the equipment perfectly maintained. Has all the comforts you can dream of and not far from the harbour and several beaches. Adam provided great customer service, promptly responding to all needs and acting in a professional manner throught our stay. Would highly recommend holidaying at St Anne's Manor in Turquay!

Beautiful house with lots of character

St Anne’s is a beautiful house, that was beautifully decorated. It is warm, cozy and yet extremely spacious and is equipped with everything you could wish for. Well positioned, not far from the beach and walking distance from the town centre. Hot tub is great and the outside kitchen looked fabulous, although we couldn’t use it because of the weather. We’ll have to come back another time to try it out!

Simply the best!

We loved St Anne's Manor as it felt like our own oasis of luxury, but we could also walk to restaurants and shops negating the faff/worry of driving and parking. Our party all said that they would come back as it really does have it all. We have been looking for a regular meeting place for friends and family and this one tops the list by a mile. The hot tub looked brand new and must have cost a fortune, beautifully done. Amazing kitchen inside and we'll be back to try the outside one when the temperature gets into double figures! Highly recommended and 5 stars for everything.

Stunning House in a great Location

We recently stayed at St Anne’s Manor and had such a wonderful time. This really is a most beautiful house, the rooms are large and the incredible kitchen is a great place where you can all hang out together - it’s so big, there’s plenty of room for everyone. I can’t think of anything we found lacking during our stay; Incredible Georgian house, lovely gardens and easy walk into Torquay town where there are lots of bars and good restaurants. The outdoor kitchen is a ‘wow’ but unfortunately we didn’t get to make use of this or the hot tub during our stay but we hope to return one day and try them out.
