The kitchen is well equipped for family and friend entertaining. Less than an hour from London, Thorpe park, Chessington, Windsor and the sea! Amazing walks in the stunning Surrey Hills and very close to Shere where ‘The Holiday’ was filmed. Guest access You will have access to the whole property but without use of the garage and sheds. Other things to note The lounge, study and upstairs are carpeted and we request that shoes are not worn on them. It is a tranquil area therefore no very loud music outside or parties are allowed at this property.

The home and property were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 6 adults and a 2 year old. Close to hiking, farm market and wonderful pubs.
Beautiful home and gardens. Everything you hope for in the English countryside. The host was very attentive to our needs and even had a welcome basket upon arrival. Would highly recommend.
The house was beautiful and the backyard was wonderful. My husband and granddaughter loved playing ping pong on the table in the backyard. The house had a few perks to get use to, not running the washer and dryer at the same time, but it was nothing major. The property manager was amazing. She was in constant contact with me and was ready to meet us at the house so we could check-in. We were driving in from Scotland and faced one delaly after another but she happily came over at 9 at night to meet with my son, who was in a car driving ahead of me, to check us in and tell him about the house and area. The house had everything that we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet and lovely. If we are ever in the UK again we would love staying at this house. Thank you

We are a busy social family of 3 that love to travel. We have a large family and host many events at the house. It’s a great space for family and friends to gather. I am an artist and business coach my husband is in finance and my sons on his gap year figuring it all out! We are using our time away from the house to travel and explore the world a little more now that the school run is done! Forever!
Why they chose this property
The property is less than 10 years old so it’s got a lovely energy and feel to it. The space is very light and bright with beautiful views over the pond and garden. Open plan in many areas makes it an amazing space for family and friends to gather socially. It’s so peaceful and tranquil here! Even makes the bees sound noisy! Amazing walks, we are at the base of the wonderful Holmbury hill from which you have the widest view in SE England and can see Canary Wharf and the sea on a very clear day!
