This one level 3 double bedroom villa in Nerja has 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. Master double en-suite, twin and double bedrooms with bathroom to share.
It’s a comfortable villa in a very peaceful area surrounded by gorgeous nature of Fuente del Badén. Very unusual to find!
We have just fitted a brand new hot tub for you to enjoy 😉
Within walking distance to local supermarkets and very popular tennis Center La Raqueta!
You can walk to the beach (20-25 minutes).

A disappointment in many ways.

First, the good. Antonio, the property manager was terrific and took care of the many issues quickly. The location is private, quiet, and scenic. All as described. The hot tub was a nice feature and worked. The down side. The electrical power was undersized resulting in multiple power outages per day for the first 4 weeks until it was finally upgraded. There is no inside dining space although the description said there was. The kitchen refrigerator was very small with no working freezer compartment. The TV was described as a “smart” TV. It was not and no provision for TV program services was provided. Finally the property is very much overpriced ( by as much as 100%) compared to the market. Coming back to Nerja but not coming back here.

John, Thank you for your review. I really hope you enjoyed your stay despite the review. I feel like it’s very unfair because ,despite all the complaints, we have resolved every single issue within 24 hours. The electricity issue was outside of our control. We had thunderstorms for a week and it’s blown out our fuse box which was fixed very quickly. You have expressed your concerns every single day to Antonio (who is our caregiver) and he sorted everything for you immediately. I feel that saying we are overpriced is very unfair. You stayed in our house as a party of 6. Cost per person per night was just under €21. We have to pay €606.21 to Vrbo, €570 service fee, €200 cleaning fee, this leaves us with €17.30 per night per person. We then have to pay tax of 20% and 10% to Antonio who was available to you 24/7! We’ve earned €12.45 per person per night, €74.74 per night x55 nights = €4110 for your stay. You then have to deduct internet, electricity, water, rubbish, etc… During your stay you requested new oven, new microwave, new table and chairs, new screen for the bath, new dinner set, new BBQ, and many more! It was all purchased within 24 hours for you. I really hope every landlord will treat you with same kindness and consideration as we have. You have contacted Antonio at least once a day for 56 days of your stay and he has gone beyond his ability to assist you. I just feel we have come across a tenant who is unsatisfied with whatever we do to please him. And to make a comment that we’re overpriced at least 100% is really unnecessary.
