A spacious and relaxing 4 bed maisonette, spanning over the top 2 floors. Situated within a few minutes to the wonderful coastline and South Shields beaches. The first floor includes a spacious living area, dining room, kitchen and separate toilet. The 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor which sleeps 7 guests, additionally, there is a shower room and a separate toilet. The large master bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom includes a double, third bedroom has twin room, (please note there is through access between the twin and double rooms) and a small single room.
