Welcome to Sapphire Breeze! The condo is ready to receive guests to enjoy our wonderful piece of paradise. This is by far one of the best condos at Sapphire Beach. Villa E-301. This is a 2-level villa, and it is in the "E" building, where the off-shore breezes blow across Pillsbury Sound over 2 wrap-around decks and into the villa. As you can see from the pictures, it has been fully upgraded with granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, glass shower, 2 large flat-panel TVs, teak and rustic furniture. Sapphire Beach is one of the most beautiful beachfront locations under the U.S. flag. You'll find plenty of descriptions on the numerous web sites featuring this unique property. Here are some key data points:

- This is the only property that is located right on Sapphire Beach beach/ocean front. It is Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina (SBRM). SBRM it is not a 5 star 'resort hotel' with room service like the Ritz Carlton, it is more like a residential condominium property.
- This condo is located on the top 2 floors of the E building # 301. This 2-story 'villa' has almost 1400 sq. ft. In the villa, the bedroom is upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and other bath are down stairs.
- The villa is a corner unit and has a wrap-around deck, on each floor, with an extra set of sliding glass doors on the side
- The unit is a spacious, significantly upgraded, corner villa where you can leave the wide sliding glass doors open and listen to the ocean all day/night long.
- The town of Red Hook with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. There is Moe's Market-in Red Hook for your shopping convenience.
-SAPPHIRE BEACH RESORT AND MARINA IS EQUIPPED WITH GENERATORS IF THERE IS A POWER OUTAGE.

If you've made the decision to vacation at Sapphire Beach, the reasons to pick THIS villa are style, space, value and location. The E bldg offers an experience like being on your own private beach (see the property map). On the beach, steps to the pool and marina but away from the noise of the guests enjoying the beach. Thank you for the review. As for the odor you experienced, it was the air conditioner drain in the upstairs bathroom. Had you notified my manager or myself, we would have had maintenance come unclog the drain and the odor would have vanished. Thank you for staying at Sapphire Breeze.

The unit had great views and outdoor balcony space. It was well equipped- we especially appreciated the flashlights and emergency lighting when the power went out. The host was good at updating us and was responsive to questions.

Great location and access to everywhere around Sapphire Beach. Balcony views east towards St. John. Host was very responsive in communication from rental contract to any questions you may have. Taxi services on the property makes it easy to get around but also a rental car is a good option with parking provided.

Great location. The property is on Sapphire Beach, so we can just walk down to the beach without a car. They provided all basic stuff ( coffee, tea, spices, oil ) which are convenient for our stay. The beds are comfortable, and host is very responsive

We love St. Thomas and found this condo and location to be perfect. Sapphire Beach and Red Hook are the place to be. The condo was exactly as pictured, the check in process was seamless and great communication from the owner during a few power glitches to keep us up to date. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

This place totally exceeded our expectations! The unit is beautiful and well-stocked with everything you need. Kitchen had what we needed, and the unit had ample beach towels, pool noodles, and snorkel gear for enjoying the beach and pool. We spent so much time on the large patios enjoying the breezes and the views! Even though the sargassum was abundant, they were clearing it each day and was not a problem.

We had a wonderful vacation in St. Thomas and enjoyed this lovely unit. It has been maintained well and the owner is very attentive. She responded quickly to a couple of very minor issues and was wonderful to work with. This condo is on the 3rd floor and is a 2 floor unit. There are large walk-out balconies on both levels. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, both nicely updated. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, and both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. There is a cooktop and a microwave, but no oven or toaster over. We were able to navigate around this but be aware before you purchase any food items (like frozen pizza) that require an oven.Building E is between the marina and the pool (steps away from both). A bar/restaurant and a cute beach clothing shop are part of the complex but a short walk down the beach. Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina are close to Red Hook where you can take a car-ferry or a people-ferry to St. John. Consider a day trip to St. John a must! Also in Red Hook is Island Time restaurant with fabulous pizza and poke bowls. I can wholeheartedly recommend this unit! It will not disappoint!

The views from this property are amazing! Watch the sunrise in bed or from the spacious porch! Comfortable beds, lots of room to spread out. Beach is amazing; great snorkeling right off coast and bar onsite!
