Everything was great with this apartment, Excellent communication, very clean, walkable to all the areas of florence. We would stay again when back in Florence.
A great location close to the hubbub but far enough away that it was quiet. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the summer! Only downside was lugging your bags up to the third floor (no elevator).
Very walkable from the train station but off of the noisy road. A quiet apartment with several flights of stairs to reach it. Good for families. Close to cafes, and walkable to the Duomo and The David. The host Greg is excellent and really does care!
Greg was a total gentleman helped us with an early check in. the apartment is centrally located, walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay there again. The apartment was clean and neat, if your there to sight it’s perfect
Absolutely wonderful! My kids and I LOVED this apt! Air conditioning was amazing (in every room!), lots of beds and space, great sitting area and kitchen. A block or two from all the action in Florence - we wish we had stayed longer! The 6 flights of steps was a bit of a hike, but we didn’t mind bc the apt was so wonderful. Special thanks to our amazing hosts!!
Beautiful, well furnished property and perfect location! The owner was very responsive and included tips on local restaurants. There is also a great restaurant right next door.
We had an excellent experience with the booking process, our dealings with the property owner/manager and at the property. It is centrally located and walking distance to most monuments / attractions in Florence. The host was extremely responsive to questions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Spent 5 nights there for a birthday party for my son. The unit was very good and everything advertised. Great location and the owner was very easy to work with.
The apartment was perfect for 3 adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms were large. The apartment was very clean and the location great, walking to many sites in Florence. The host was wonderful and accommodating in every way. Would highly recommend.

Location was good, property pictures are not as I’ve as pictures. Bring you own toilet paper and be prepared for 60 stairs. Listing should highlight this as it is not appropriate for seniors
This was an excellent place to stay and I would happily stay again or recommend to a friend. Our host was accommodating to our arrival even though we arrived earlier than expected after a very hot day in Rome. She immediately made us feel welcome and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very clean, towels were a great size, the kitchen was tidy, and the beds were the most comfortable we had while in Europe.
This is the third time we’ve stayed in Florence and while we have enjoyed each stay, this location was one of our favorites. We were traveling with five people and this allowed us to save some money compared to hotels and gave us an excellent place to congregate. Additionally, this area in particular was very quiet while also being an easy walk to the train station and major city attractions.
This accommodation and location is perfect. I eloped for my wedding with only my parents and siblings in attendance. We had more than enough space to be comfortable and gather as a family in the living area. Gregorio, the host, was also incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make this stay pleasant for all of us! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend Gregorio and this property to anyone!
This property was clean, very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with original works of art and antiques. It was a beautifully balanced space of the old and the new in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located very close to the train station, with the rest of Florence easily accessible on foot. The owners are both artistically talented and exceptionally gracious, and went so far as to personally lead us just down the street to the best meal we had in Florence at a local osteria!
The location was convenient and there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a microwave but that wasn't really a big deal.
This cozy apartment was an easy walk from many highlights in Florence but nestled on a side street and very quiet. Towels and soap were provided. The kitchen had the essentials for, but we did not cook meals here. I highly recommend the host for their clean and cozy space. It is a walk-up. Nearby is a place called My Bakery—they have the most delicious focaccia. The host provided so many recommendations on check in—we couldn’t even begin to explore them all. He also responded quickly to questions and had other tips handy to make our stay special.
Beautiful space. Nestled in the urban center, we could sleep with the quite hum of the nightlife and wake up to the birds.

Florence trip
Location was good. Few more stairs than expected and rhe refrigerator had an odor that was not pleasant and shut off on us one day. Managers did respond fairly quickly. Key wasn’t in box when we arrived but they had someone let us in. Make sure you have toiletries. No extra toilet paper or body wash. I know not always supplied but would be nice since traveling from the United States.
This is a great spot close to train and major attractions! The host put together a wonderful packet of restaurants and activities. He even referred us the Get Your Guide which we used throughout the trip to book all of our activities.
The apartment was in a good location, near everything we wanted to do allowing us to walk everywhere. We spent more time out and about and used the place as our sleeping quarters. I wish the weather was better for us, but that couldn’t be helped. Quite a few steps to get to the 3rd floor which just tells me I need to be in better shape.
Ciao!
The apartment is spacious and well located for exploring Florence. It is also very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and a small supermarket just up the street for food and liquor.
The stairs would be a challenge for heavy luggage if you are not fit but it wasn’t a problem for 2 60+ years olds with carry on bags and the 30 somethings were fine with their larger luggage.
We didn’t do any cooking but there was an espresso machine and pods and lots of glasses and cups.
Mario was great with facilitating dropping off our bags before check in.
I would stay here again!
