Perfection in every way!!! Location,Location,Location!!! Not only is this property gorgeous with it's stunning original beams and soaring high ceilings and spacious living area, but it is within a five minute walk to some fabulous restaurants and a ten minute walk to some of the most famous sights in Florence. We took the train into Santa Maria train station and it was a very easy 10 minute walk to the property. Check-in could not have been easier due to the very clear instructions provided. We took the local bus to/from Sienna and the stop was also a 6 or 7 minute walk. The train to Venice was also easy from Santa Maria Novella stop and Bologna, Verona, and Padua would also be easily accessible from there. The property management team are friendly, communicative, and provided great helpful links before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend this property or hosts highly enough.

Wow, what a spectacular review! We love that you appreciated the apartment's unique character 😊 You hit the nail on the head; we also think that being so close to the station makes exploring day, trip gems like Siena, Bologna, and Venice incredibly convenient. Thank you so much for your kind words about our management team and the check-in process. Knowing that you would definitely stay with us again and recommend us so highly is the best compliment we could ever receive. It was a true pleasure hosting you, and we cannot wait to welcome you back for another great stay in Florence!

Beautiful and well located

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building! Communication with the Newtopique team was prompt and polite. The apartment is in a great location to walk to the Uffizi and lots of other sights. The couches do show some wear and stains, and outlets for charging are hard to come by, but overall it was gorgeous and we found it very cozy! Everything we needed to cook basic meals was in the kitchen, too. There's a lot of traffic noise all day and night from the busy street outside, so come prepared with earplugs and a white noise app!
