Great Home!

This home was really unique, from the classic furniture to the family history! Marco was an amazing host and super helpful. Excellent location and a balcony from almost every room!

Our stay at this property was amazing. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had a great location. There were 4 of us staying in this 3 bedroom- 3 bathroom apartment. The washing machine came in so handy for laundry. Location was close to train station. We were able to walk to and from the station with our luggage. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and close to the beach. Will stay again when I come back.

Nice place!

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Our bus was running late getting there and Marco waited for us to arrive. He was an excellent host and even recommended places for us to eat. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay

Family of 5 adults from Canada just stayed at this apartment and loved the location and amenities. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shops. Marco was a joy to deal with and would definitely recommend this lovely spot to anyone!!! Great location

Loved this location. Grocery store on the same block, walking distance to everything. Parking far and not super accessible, especially if you are not physically mobile. Apartment is beautiful and large. Loved being close to the beach.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately the description regarding the parking is not translated into any other language, only in Italian, it says that the parking is 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

This place is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Grocery store just a 1/2 block away. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful! He made reservations for us at a restaurant and recommended places for us to eat. If we had a question he got right back to us. I would definitely recommend this place and would return for another visit!

Location and Comfort

We loved our stay here. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is spacious and filled with light. It has a wonderful terrace on three sides and we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the activity in the neighborhood. The kitchen was large and well equipped for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and there was excellent water pressure in the main shower (we did not use the other). The location was perfect with everything you could possibly need right outside your door. We had our car on this trip but did not use it once during our week long stay. We were able to double park in front of the building to unload our bags. We found the parking lot to be very convenient; it is an easy 5 minute walk and extremely reasonable (less than $5 a day). The only negative for us is that the heating is controlled by the building and we found it to be too warm. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will be back again. Thank you, Marco!
