Lovely loft property

This is a lovely property with lots of natural light, conveniently located close to the airport. The lofts were cozy and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Very nice house, but…..

Its a pretty stilish decorated house with a very good communicating Owner. In summer it gets to warm/ hot inside with No airco. The main sleeping room is upside climbing a small ladder/stairs. You cannot darken that room. Than there is a small children bed/room. Above that room is a entresol with a french matras. It gets very hot there, no possibilities to get air inside, though the ventilator helps. In terms of traffic it is located at a busy intersection, in addition, the airport is a 10-minute drive away. so its very noisy.

I'm sorry you didn't reply that the house was warm when I asked you if you needed anything at the beginning of your stay. If you had, I would have provided you with a portable airco that I have. Anyway, thank you for taking good care of the house and if you want to come back, you will have an airco at your disposal.

Die goldene Mitte für Stadturlaub in Porto oder Strand

Trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung problemlose Abwicklung und Schlüsselübergabe. Der Besitzer Daniel Cabral hat uns viele interessante Tipps für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung gegeben, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns auch Räder zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist eine interessante, reizvolle Mischung aus altem Gebäude, moderner Gestaltung mit Metall und Holz und großen Fenstern. Die Aufteilung in mehrere Ebenen ist sehr ansprechend, die Treppe nur etwas steil. 2 schöne, schattige Terrassen sorgen für angenehme Temperaturen auch bei Hitze und man kann es sich gemütlich zu machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und Porto oder mehrere schöne Strände in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort zu Viert sehr wohl gefühlt.
