90 Day Minimum Stay. Relax and unwind in this modern, beach themed home. Turquoise waves and world-class Satellite Beach is just a 1 block walk away. This sunny, mid-century home has 4 bedrooms and 2000+ sq feet on a single level making it ideal for families, seniors, and groups. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nearby to restaurants, a movie theater and grocery stores. Not to mention just an 1hr from Orlando International Airport, Disney and all of Orlando's theme parks.
Picture a beautiful mid-century beach home, reimagined with a modern beach chic aesthetic. The whole home is painted in beautiful beachy colors with just a pop of fun. The decor is a lot beach, a little chic, and just a touch of glam.
The whole house and yard is yours to enjoy. The house is ranch style but has some small steps / level changes throughout as well as two steps to the front door.
You'll be completely autonomous. I'll make sure you have everything you need prior to arrival: wifi, door code, etc and provide a house manual with all of my favorite activities, restaurants, etc...
We provide you with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, you need for the perfect beach vacation.
Please note that you are required to provide an accurate guest count in your reservation. While the house can accommodate many people there is an extra guest fee of $50 / per guest / per night after six guests. This helps keep costs low for smaller group but also cover the extra cost of cleaning, utilities, wear and tear, etc for bigger groups. You can adjust your reservation after you make it to add or remove guests.

We are new to VRBO but not new to vacation rentals. We have dozens of positive reviews for all of our properties, just ask and we'll direct you to them. We take being good hosts seriously. We provide all things we would want in a rental like oil, salt, shampoo, hair driers, etc.
We love to travel and in fact met eventually got married after one of us rented the others home. :) Many years later, we travel together, love good food, new adventures, and enjoying life one day at a time.

Why they chose this property
We've owned this property for over a decade. We love how close it is to the beach. We turned it in to a vacation rental so we could enjoy it as well as others. This isn't your average rental where the owners never come by and don't put any love into the home. We stay here often. We ensure that there's always basics, like paper towels, shampoo, laundry supplies, coffee, etc. We make sure things are cared for and clean. When something is broken we fix it. We ask every guest to please tell us if they have any recommendations of how we can improve the home for future guests and we take those suggestions seriously.
What makes this property unique
There's a peacefulness about this home. Something clean and wholesome that is quite tangible. We love the beach. We love the location. We love the big yard and quiet street. Plus, we love how large and spread out this house is and how many people we can have over without feeling crowded.
