Portugal 2023 Family Holiday

The Villa lived up to the description, pictures from the website. The check-in process was super easy and the location is amazing. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a family holiday. Will definitely be going back.

Belle vue, accueil impeccable mais des fourmis partout, manque d’eau chaude et piscine qui fonctionne mal et un peu vaseuse. Je ne recommande pas.

Seriously surprised by this review! There was no problem with the pool in the daytime (we were there several times and the pool man comes in twice a week), when you did mention a problem on your last night our poolman went there immediately but was sent away very rudely by you. The day after (when you left) we noticed the poolpump was switched off. Probably when you were looking for the light or something? During your stay you have not mentioned anything about the hot water, even when you knew our people where just around the corner. We could have helped you within the hour if we would have known. We did notice you left garbage there what probably caused the ants, I even took the garbage away myself when I noticed. We also noticed you left airconditioning and lights on in ALL rooms when you left the house, not so nice for the environment and very expensive. Also when you left yesterday everything was left on. After all you were not such nice and tidy guests as you consider yourself.
