All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises. Come visit the Villas of South Padre Island in style while staying at 6408 Fountainway Dr. This 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Villa offers a contemporary luxurious feel that you might not expect while visiting the world's longest barrier island. This home entails two bedrooms with queen beds and another two bedrooms with two twin beds. This makes for a comfortable sleeping arrangement for 8 and is ideal for two families of four. The kitchen is stocked full of stainless steel appliances and has plenty of kitchen ware to accommodate all of your culinary needs. The Villas of South Padre offers private beach access, tennis courts, and a community pool area. However, you won't need to visit the community pool since 6408 Fountainway Dr. has it's own private pool.

This home is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, Sea Turtle Rescue, South Padre Island Nature and Birding Center and Texas' biggest beach bar Clayton's. Enjoy Clayton's firework display from the beach every Friday and Saturday from memorial day to labor day. Beautiful Home near the beach

This is our second year staying in this home and it was a great experience. We vacation with friends to SPI every summer and this home fits all of our needs. We each have 2 kids so the 4 rooms are perfect. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and we love that the neighbor is small and gated.

Better than we expected!

We stayed here for a girls trip with 7 women, and the house was perfect - a very comfortable and updated home, and you can't beat the location! It's such a short walk to the beach and an easy drive to anything else on the island! We also appreciated that past renters had left beach gear in the garage so we used the chairs and wagon. Also, SPI responded so quickly when we had an issue with the A/C - it was fixed before we went to bed!
