About the property
Sandy Toes is a spacious, modern house that's suitable for a group holiday by the sea in beautiful Beadnell. Interiors are contemporary with a nod to the coastal location coming through tones of blue and pictures of seascapes on the walls. Some of the bedrooms even have sea views, while the sandy beach is just a very short walk away – mere metres, in fact. With an open-plan living area, a ground-floor shower room for washing off sandy toes after a day at the beach and a garden ready for alfresco dining, the house is perfect for families and friends.
The space
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with space to hang your coats and store your boots. The heart of the home is the large, open-plan kitchen/dining/living space with a hand painted kitchen and island with a breakfast bar, plus luxuries including two ovens, a wine fridge, an instant boiling water tap and a coffee maker.
Gather around the large dining table, with seating for eight, for meals as you chat about the highlights of the day. From the dining area, there are huge bi-fold doors leading to the garden – bringing the outdoors in.
The living space also includes a lounge area with comfortable sofa seating, a Smart TV and a log burner for that extra kick of heat and cosiness on cooler evenings.
There is also the convenience of a utility room and a downstairs shower room with WC that is ideal for cleaning up sand-covered kids after a fun day at the beach.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while two further king-size bedrooms include one that can be split into two singles by prior arrangement. There is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. Some of the bedrooms even offer glimpses of the sea. The bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower.
Outside, there is a landscaped garden with outdoor seating and furniture for relaxing, dining and entertaining.
