4th floor with elevator, then a flight of steps to arrive on the 5th floor where the main apartment space displays.

On the upper floor a cosy studio with attached terrace, quiet and exclusive space for working and relaxing.



Enjoy breakfast outside with a view rooftops and Monte della Trinità, before venturing out to explore nearby attractions like Spanish Steps, Piazzale Flaminio, Villa Borghese, just a short walk from the apartment.



The owner of the apartment is a reknowned music critic and historian , designed and coordinated the renovation of the apartment herself.

What makes a stay in any city comfortable and memorable is the hospitality of its hosts. Brian, our concierge, was generous with his time, attention to detail, and genuine human care. This allowed my guests and I to enjoy all Rome has to offer from this fabulous location and luxurious space. The balconies are to die for!

Excellent location, comfortable apartment

We loved everything about the apartment! The terrace is amazing and is a great place for afternoon naps 💜 . Restaurants everywhere, just a block or so from the Spanish Steps, a few blocks from Trevi Fountain. Easy to walk. The apartment is spacious and let our family of 4 spread out after a long day sightseeing.

Fabulous location

Ease of navigating Rome from this location. Basic, simple bedding and amenities but upstairs terrace is amazing. Karina who manages was outstanding and went the extra extra by offering to find us private rides to recent Ryder Cup which made our experience beautiful. We used Anne Hogan for Rome and Vatican tours and she can’t be beat! Amazing! Can’t wait to come back.

Very nice apartment and loved the terraces and location! Close to Spanish Steps and Metro, lots of shopping/restaurants/groceries. Loved the cafe right outside - perfect for morning coffee! Rooms were comfortable - just 1 note....the seagulls start "crying" around 6am - that was a new experience, but not any real concern - just funny! Hosts were super helpful, professional, and quick to respond for arranging tours, transportation and resolving a couple minor issue that popped up. Would definitely stay at a TreasureRome property again!

This property was very comfortable for our family of 6 (parents plus college-age kids). The apartment is roomy, clean, quiet, and its heating is easy to regulate as needed. It’s a nice building in a terrific location, with great terraces. And five stars for fantastic bedding! We had a couple of brief little material difficulties which I mention only to be able to say that the property agent was immediately and effectively responsive, which is the main thing. The description of the apartment is quite accurate, except for the mention of the uppermost bathroom- I think it needs to be said that the ceilings are QUITE low there, to the extent that using it for more than the quickest visit would be uncomfortable for most people over 5’5”We were happy to have found this place and would certainly stay again!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement et surtout sa terrasse où nous pouvions déjeuner et profiter du soleil avec une vue sur les toits. L'emplacement en plein centre de Rome était parfait pour tout faire à pied. L'accueil était efficace et très professionnel. C'est un appartement où l'on s'est senti vraiment bien.
