In Orihuela Costa, beautiful modern south facing fully air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and private pool (HEATING OPTIONAL - contact the owner).
It consists of a sunny living room all day long (dining area, living room) and a fully equipped open kitchen. A master bedroom with its bathroom (view of the pool) and dressing room, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an independent bathroom. Upstairs, a second master bedroom with its bathroom and the solarium equipped with deckchairs, armchairs from which you can see the sea.
Outside, you can enjoy a garden with trees, a terrace with awning and a south-facing swimming pool, all equipped with a large table, a barbecue, deckchairs and parasol.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi and international TV channels (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin and Las Colinas), beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca) and all amenities.
2 minutes by car the shopping center La Fuente: pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, bank, hairdresser.
5 minutes away you will find the large shopping center of Zenia Boulevard (more than 150 shops and restaurants) open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
A few minutes away, the city of Torrévieja and its entertainment and the surrounding cities Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, Cartagena...

Excellent place to stay for all local amenities. Property was very clean and well presented and we had very quiet response when we asked for some extra pillows for the beds. We had an early flight the day we arrived and was very lucky that the property had no one leaving on our arrival day so we could check in early which was excellent.Thanks Rachel

The villa was lovely, in a quiet location but walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is fabulous and we spent many hours relaxing in the garden and swimming. Rachel was great to deal with right through from booking to our arrival. Evette met us at the villa with the keys and us round, they were both lovely. We hired a car which was handy to get to the local beaches and La Zenia shopping mall. We also visited the salt lakes and the town of Orihuela. It’s a lovely area

Beautiful villa, modern with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was spotlessly clean, very private, the pool is not over looked. Ideal location for Pam’s Beach club, Kaltura’s a fabulous restaurant and bar, as well as the restaurants at Lomas de Cabo Roig easy assess to other areas and the beaches. Great communication from Rachel and Evette if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Great short break

Stopped here with my wife, in laws and two year old. The villa was very clean with everything we required for a short stay. Great location and easy to find. Contact with the owner was brilliant from start to finish. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic stay for a number of weeks this summer. The villa is beautiful and in a great location convenient for everything (having a car is helpful). The villa has everything you need for a lovely family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The villa itself was very spacious and had everything we needed for a fantastic family holiday. I would highly recommend this villa.

Just back home after an amazing time in this villa. Rachel and Evette were very helpful and accommodating. The villa was clean, modern and very well equipped. We were impressed by the inclusion of so many kitchen/cooking utensils as well as a secure safe. Nice quiet area. The Palms beach club nearby was great to go to for breakfast or lunch. No negatives at all and can’t wait to go back! Thank you

Peaceful Holiday

This lovely villa is in a very quiet residential area close to supermarkets for self catering. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants. The swimming pool at the villa kept us cool in the heat of the afternoon. It is well equipped and vomfortable.

The villa was luxurious and the surroundings peaceful. We really enjoyed . Only a small minus was the swimming pool was dirty but the heating worked. We can warmly recommend the Villa. Thank You!

Brilliant time at Rachel's villa!

Lovely clean and well appointed villa. Short drive to all amenities, bars and beaches. Garden and pool ideal for just chilling with sun all day. Perfect for a wee break with friends. Easy to contact either Rachel or Evette for any questions. We had a terrific week!

Beautiful villa

The villa is very beautiful and decorated with high quality furniture. The villa has everything you needed for your holiday. Communicating with Rachel was easy and everything went easily and well. It would be wonderful to come back to this villa again.
