The home has 3 spacious master bedrooms with amazing beds, private patio with BBQ and fully stocked kitchen. The shared roof deck has an ocean view. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. **This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests.**





Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! There is a bar conveniently located across the road.

If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music. Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches.





San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles.
