Beautiful second-floor loft in the middle of downtown Petoskey sleeps 6 people!

2 very large bathrooms with a total of 6 sinks and 4 showers!

Reserved parking is in the rear of the building. It is a 10 by 30 foot space that can normally park 2 vehicles nose-to-tail. Depends on vehicle size.

There are three bedrooms, all shown in pictures, that sleep 6. Note that one bedroom features privacy curtains rather than walls.

There are 23 stairs to climb to this second floor loft.

Best stay in Petoskey

We have visited Petoskey almost every Summer. This was the best place we have ever stayed in the area. Already making plans to return and we’ll make this our “go to” place when in Petoskey.

Our family of four loves staying at the loft. Fantastic location. As always, amazingly clean and well stocked. Paul is extremely helpful in making our stay as wonderful as possible. :)

Our experience in hosting: 2021 will be our 5th year hosting at the loft!

We love the loft and live there during the winter months! We hope you will both enjoy it, and treat it like it was your home:)

Paul: I love Petoskey! It is home. I love trail running, travel, dancing, biking, vegetarian eating, and MSU basketball. I also begin my 7th year of volunteering at Central Elementary in the fall. I help the kids in the classroom and at recess. Kids always make me smile. I am also a SCORE business mentor.

My wife Angela is from East Jordan, MI, and now lives in Petoskey. We met ballroom dancing two years ago. It is still our favorite activity together. She is a kind soul who loves travel, exploring, and dance. Angela is responsible for many of the woman's touches around the loft that make it a great place to stay:)

Why they chose this property

We love the location of our condo! We walk or bike everywhere, and only move our car about once a week. The waterfront, dining, coffee, shopping, and even groceries are all within a couple blocks. We love being able to see the break wall and pier from our windows. That view is my true north:)

What makes this property unique

Up one flight of stairs is our loft. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and uncluttered. It is filled with brick walls, original tin ceilings, and views.

Parking is easy, and is located behind the building. It is a 10 by 30 space that ca fit two vehicles nose-to-tail (unless your vehicles are really big). There is more free parking available within two blocks. Overnight street parking is always available and free:)

Parking note: there is not a rear entrance from the parking to the loft. The entrance is in the front.
