Your stay was during the coldest period of the year. Heating and hot water was on constantly. You aware that bathroom/ shower is shared with another bedroom as advertised. This was the case during your stay and not shared with the owner. You were made aware of where the spare toilet rolls are kept. And it's availability for your use was checked every evening. The floors are cherry wood flooring which is kept clean and swept everyday. The property is located within 5- 10 minutes of public transport and shopping. I know you were rarely around and there were no complaints or queries during your stay. You commented that you were happy and enjoyed your stay. I was very surprised and shocked about these comments.
