Situated in the heart of Los Mojones it is ideally located for all the amenities of Puerto del Carmen Old Town & Avenida de las Playas.



There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven & Hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and a separate utility room.



The spacious lounge has comfortable seating and a modern entertainment system with a HD multi-channel TV to include English and Irish channels. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa. There is an archway from the lounge through to the dining room with seating for up to 8 people and another archway leading to the large, fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room.



The lounge and dining room both have doors out to the covered, sea view terrace which overlooks the pool with waterfall feature and corner Roman steps.



The upper terrace is equipped with modern comfortable furniture for relaxing as well as table and chairs, barbecue, and outdoor fridge for al-fresco dining. There is also a shower room and separate toilet off this terrace, on the lower level around the pool there are sunbeds, an umbrella, and a further table with chairs.

Villa Vega Del Carmen is in Los Mojones, a quiet sought-after residential area close to the Old town of Puerto Del Carmen. The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach (Playa Grande) where sun beds & umbrellas are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular Marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive, or you can take the taxi boat from the Old Town Harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Rancho Texas Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise).
