Welcome to La Quinta Fairways! Up to 8 people can comfortably enjoy beautiful, sunny weather all year round. Stay warm this winter - enjoy margaritas by the pool and bask in stunning sunsets in the evening.
The house is located on a clean, manicured golf course ringed by swaying palm trees. Enjoy a 180 degree phenomenally stunning mountain range which turns hot white by day and dark blue, red & orange in the fading sunsets...
The space
4 Double Bedrooms all with Emma mattresses, 3 Bathrooms all with showers, Laundry Room, 2 Car Garage, 2 Outside Space, High Ceilings open plan living room and kitchen.
Guest access
Access via lockbox at the front of the property. More details in the manual upon reservations confirmation.

Of note: Any lease of this house must be for at least 30 consecutive days.
