Villa Aruba is a stunning 5-bedroom property combining comfort, privacy, and a prime location between the Marina and the charming old town of Albufeira. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV, seamlessly connected to the dining area, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing. This area also provides direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace.



On the ground floor, there are three en-suite bedrooms, each with two single beds. Two of these bedrooms have bathrooms with showers, while the third features a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.



On the first floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, both with bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sunset views.



The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates smoothly with the dining area, providing practicality and functionality for preparing meals during your stay.



Outside, Villa Aruba features a private pool (heatable at an additional cost), ideal for moments of relaxation and leisure. The area also includes a traditional Algarve barbecue and dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.



With a prime location just minutes from Albufeira’s historic center, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife, and only 1.5 km from the nearest beach, Villa Aruba is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Aruba. The villa is bright, spacious and very comfortable, with beautiful outdoor areas. The private pool was fantastic and the BBQ area made evenings really enjoyable. It’s in a perfect spot between the marina and the Old Town, close enough to walk but still peaceful. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for familiesgroups.

A perfect retreat in Albufeira

We stayed for a week at Villa Aruba and we couldn’t have chosen better. The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family holiday. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus and gave everyone more privacy. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially the pool and the barbecue, which became our main gathering points. The proximity to Albufeira’s old town and the beach meant we could do almost everything on footwith short car rides. We truly felt at home and will definitely return.

Excellent location and great comfort

This villa is everything we were looking for: central location, comfort, and space. It’s close to the Marina and the old town, giving us access to restaurants, bars, and nightlife within minutes. Despite that, the house is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and well maintained, with thoughtful details that made us feel welcome. The outdoor area is beautiful and very private. It was a wonderful stay, hard to beat.

Perfect Family Holiday Villa

Our extended family of nine had an amazing week at Villa Aruba. The layout of the house was ideal, with plenty of space for everyone and lots of privacy thanks to the en-suite rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved eating together on the terrace. The kids were in the pool every day, and we really appreciated the quiet yet convenient location close to shops and the beach. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic Stay for a Large Group

We stayed at Villa Aruba with a group of friends and it was perfect. The house is huge, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, BBQ and sunny terrace. The location is great too, just a short walk to restaurants and not far from the Old Town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Albufeira.

Villa Aruba exceeded all our expectations. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook several meals at home, and the living room is cozy and tastefully decorated. We loved the upstairs terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets with a drink. Having parking for multiple cars was very convenient. The pool was used daily, and we opted for heating, which was a fantastic extra. An experience we would absolutely repeat.

The only issues we had which were really minor in the grand scheme of things. Pictures on listing are outdated. The beds were extremely firm and the offer for a heated pool is simply not a viable option as it simply did not heat up. We cancelled it after 1 1/2 days and refunded the remaining days. Also providing some basics such as salt and pepper, other spices, sugar, olive oil and garbage bags would be a nice touch. These are the main reasons I gave an overall rate of 4. Especially the pool. The rest was . We had a great time.

The location was really nice. The property listing did not say anything about it being a self-catering. We did not expect to have to purchase toilet paper, papertowel or trash bags for a 4 night stay. The property management requests trash be taken out daily. The listing states the property sleeps 12, we were a party of 4. Had we had even 10 people we would not have had enough seating, bath towels or kitchen utencils. The two bathrooms upstairs did not have any towels...we found some in the downstairs bathrooms. There were 6 bathrooms and at least 3 did not even have a full roll of toilet paper. The front patio doors had a broken handle and no patio furnature. The charcoal grill was clean enough to use and there was no charcoal. Had we purchased charcoal and not used it all we were not permitted to leave anything behind without being charged the security deposit. The home overall just did not seem well maintained. However, the pool was very nice, clean and inviting.

Nice place but it could have been better with a little attention to details

The house was very nice and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms was greatly appreciated. We paid to have the pool heated because we had two small children. While I'm sure it was heated, the temperature was still too low for the baby. It would have been nice if the kitchen had a few essentials like salt and pepper or extra trash bags, especially since they request you take the trash out nightly. We also needed to purchase toilet paper since none of the bathrooms had even a half roll provided.

Super séjour !

Réservée au dernier moment suite à l annulation de notre première location trois jours avant notre départ, nous n avons pas perdu au change. Maison atypique avec ses multiples volées de marches, elle se trouve dans une impasse et n est pas evidente à trouver de nuit à notre arrivée. Hormis ce léger désagrément passager, elle est grande, spacieuse, une salle de bain pour chaque chambre, une terrasse ombragée dont nous avons bien profité. Au calme et proche des commerces et du centre-ville, il vous faut quand même un moyen de transport (bus en bas de la résidence ou voiture). Piscine agréable et maison bien équipée. Le matelas de la chambre au lit double serait à changer mais ce n est qu un détail. Loueur très présent et réactif, multilingue. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ainsi que la maison. On recommande.
