Beautiful Location

Comfortable Villa with an excellent view of trees, flowers and monkeys. Staff are helpful and the home is well equipped for cooking your own meals.

This property was delightful. We were met by Andrew who showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. We had also received a detailed welcome information pack by WhatsApp which was also really helpful. The rooms are light, well equipped and spacious. We wanted for nothing.Claudia was lovely and was very helpful. The surroundings were beautiful and very private. We loved our stay here and will definitely book here again.

Spacious Villa

Tree Tops exceeded our expectations. Main house has a warm family feel with everything you need for your stay. Barbados was pretty warm for Sept/Oct so we took advantage of the air conditioning and pool. Green monkeys having fresh plums almost every morning was a blast for all of us. Had the best night sleep on the outside cottage. Janice and Will were very responsive and helpful with our needs. Claudia was very funny and friendly, I already miss her. If we ever come back, there's no doubt that we'll do this all over with you guys. Thank you for making unforgettable family memories.

Nice place

Good location short walk from Mullins beach. Responsive owner who provided all the information one could need during the trip. Hot water and a/c worked well throughout except for a 5 minute brown out. Beds were a little stiff for some guests but I had no issues with it. Cumbersome double locking of all doors but more safety is better than less. Bugs were a bit of a problem as slats in the front wall are permanently open and most everyone got bit during the trip. Pool was nice but not heated. Knives were a bit dull and you'll need to pack your own condiments and toiletries. Overall a good property with some minor issues but would recommend.

A perfect week in paradise

Lovely villa with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Fabulous location minutes from the beach. Excellent communication from the property owner Will who answered all our queries prior to arrival very promptly and also provided a detailed information pack with everything we needed to know about the villa as well as lots of information on nearby restaurants & attractions etc. The property was very clean and is well looked after by Claudia and Andrew. We were a party of 7 adults and a 4 month old baby. The garden annexe was perfect for my daughter's young family with the rest of us occupying the main house and the veranda and pool area were perfect for relaxing and BBQs. The beautiful beach at Mullins Bay is only a few minutes walk away and is served by several excellent beach bars and restaurants and the towns of Speightstown and Holetown are only 10 minutes or so drive away in either direction - both with large supermarkets and excellent shopping opportunities. The property has a lovely garden and plenty of parking and the air conditioning units worked well too. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend TreeTops Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados.
