Nice Apartment in excellent location

Large apartment with lot of privacy but very close to the each with excellent terrace view. Tidy, well equipped place and very nice lady owner - easy to communicate and very helpful. I can strongly recommend staying there.

Amazing view

This was an amazing vacation. The view from the flat is stunning and we enjoyed it from every room. The garden is quite spacious and allowed our children to play while we were having coffee on the terrace. The flat is equipped for every need, there is even a large TV, though we didn't try it as the view out of the window next to the TV can't be topped. Even the parking space is generous, which one finds seldomly so close to the beach. Porto Ercole is about 5 mins by bike and served our daily needs and a large Conad is in Orbetello, about 10 mins by car. The beach bar is 3 mins. There is really nothing negative to be said. We will definitely return...

nota positiva Bellissima casa con vista sul mare conforme alle foto e alle aspettative, ampi spazi camere Ben distribuite comodissime terrazze e giardino con un agevole percorso per raggiungere il mare che ci ha regalato albe e tramonti da sogno. Abbiamo conosciuto la figlia della proprietaria persona molto gentile e gradevole .disponibile e sorridente.purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto la proprietaria con la quale avremmo voluto scambiare due chiacchere Uniche pecche bagni vetusti un po' obsoleti soprattutto le docce che si possono sistemare con poco.e mancanza di strumenti di prima necessità in cucina (tipo tovagliette spugne o materiale per la pulizia) avendolo saputo le avremmo portati.

Great stay at Monte Argentario Feniglia Beach

Basic appartment but very spacious. Isabelle is a great host and helped out in any case. The view is spectacular and the location probably the best on all of Monte Argentario. Rent a boat in Porto Ercole and drive to Aqua Dolce fir turquoise water!

Casa molto comoda e con spazi adeguati. Esterni molto belli che rispecchiano le foto dell'annuncio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la padrona di casa è stata gentile e disponibile. La spiaggia si trova a 100 metri e si raggiunge tramite una scalinata vicino la casa oppure con un sentiero poco più avanti e più comodo. Il nostro cagnolino è stato bene. Mare sempre bello e pulito. Da tornare sicuramente.

So nah am Meer

Das Apartment ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Von zwei überdachten Terrassen hat man den Blick über die gesamte Bucht und den Hafen, man fällt fast ins Meer, in 2 Minuten ist man am Strand. Dort gibt es einige Strandbars und zwei gute Restaurants, wo man mittags oder auch abends gut essen kann. Zu unserem Apartment gehörte auch exclusiv für uns eine Rasenfläche mit Sonnenliegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab aber keine Filterkaffeemaschine, was uns nicht störte, da wir gewohnt sind Espressokännchen zu benutzen, davon gab es zwei. Beide Apartments (das obere wird ab und zu von der Eigentümerin genutzt) haben einen separaten Eingang sowie einen abschließbaren Parkplatz. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Haus für sich. Isabella, die in Rom wohnt, hat uns persönlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir konnten sie jederzeit telefonisch oder per Mail, beides auf Englisch, erreichen, Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, umgeben von Natur, Meeresrauschen und Ruhe.

A wonderful place

We really enjoyed the tranquility and this wonderful place. Isabella is exceptionally nice and we were satisfied with everything. The view of the sea from the bed, as well as the sound of the sea when falling asleep and waking up is just unique. The small garden is also super and offers enough privacy. A fireplace on even colder days in November would be brilliant. But it was always warm enough for us. Only that the pictures are of different areas of the villa that you can not necessarily use, is perhaps a bit confusing, but for us it was absolutely ok. For us it was excellent days and we will certainly come back. Thank you Isabella

Beautiful holidays

We had a great time! Great House, wonderful Location, close to the beach. Astonishing view over the sea and the feniglia. Monte argentario is always nice to visit, but this house ist highly recommended (especially when travelling with babies/small kids).

Tutto perfetto! Casa fornita di ogni confort come una casa di città, stanze molto spaziose, spazi esterni molto vivibili con vista mare meravigliosa. Pure giardino recintato comodissimo per chi come noi aveva cane al seguito. Molto utili anche la doccia esterna calda e il parcheggio privato così come le zanzariere ad ogni finestra e porta d’uscita (dato che è una zona popolata di zanzare!) La padrona di casa molto cortese e discreta La spiaggia praticamente sotto casa (sia libera che con ombrelloni) Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno

Vacanza Porto Ercole

Casa spaziosa con vista stupenda sul litorale sottostante. Per scendere al mare c’è da percorrere una stradina poco trafficata con una discreta pendenza che purtroppo al ritorno è una salita impegnativa e un paio di scalinate. La bellezza del luogo però compensa la fatica. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Grazie
