déconnexion totale avec un hébergement en pleine campagne bien au calme avec piscine et grand soleil

Piscine, logement type toscan, bien propre et bien équipé. Très bon petit déjeuné soigné avec des produits du jardin et de saison pour juste 7 euros. Beau site bien au calme. Chambre agréable avec un lit deux personnes mais 2 matelas bien confortables. Super! Malheureusement, beaucoup de moustiques. Les propriétaires sont discrets, aimables, ils nous ont prêté un mixer. La propriétaire ne parle que l'italien mais nous nous sommes débrouillés avec un traducteur.

Un lieu de villégiature calme et très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Un accueil agréable, la chambre était conforme à l'annonce parue. Un hameau très calme idéal pour les couples et les familles. Parfait pour une journée farniente ou se prélasser après une journée d'excursion dans la région. Par contre une voiture est indispensable si vous souhaitez vous restaurer ou faire des courses au supermarché. Problème constaté: l'état un peu vétuste de la salle de bains. Le support du pommeau de douche est tombé et il fallait tenir le pommeau en main pour prendre sa douche. Néanmoins un petit panier de courtoisie était présent avec des produits de bains et des capes de douche en plastique pour cheveux sont mis à la disposition des clients. Des draps propres ainsi que de nouvelles serviettes de bains nous ont été remises lors de la 2e semaine. Autre problème constaté : les transats autour de la piscine trop peu nombreux et trop vieux. Il faudrait selon moi les remplacer et y ajouter des matelas. La piscine est l'un des points forts avec un spacieux jardin naturellement ombragé (arbres) donnant sur les vignes surplombé d'une colline offrant de très jolis couchers de soleil. Mis à part les deux points négatifs cités, mineurs selon moi, le séjour a été parfait et il s'agit d'un excellent rapport qualité / prix et je recommande vivement cet établissement qui a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances en Toscane.

Der Herr (ungefähr 40 Jahre alt) kam wie geplant um 16 Uhr. Wir mussten die Kaution noch bezahlen und anscheinend war das nur in bar möglich. Wir hatten das nicht bei uns, also gab Sir an, dass wir es sofort zurückziehen mussten. Das war kein schöner Weg. Er gab uns keine Erklärung über die Unterkunft, zum Beispiel, wie es mit dem Auschecken, Müll (wo soll man abreisen?), Ähnlichen Dingen sein würde. Tipp für die Besitzer, dies zu tun. Wir haben den Schlüssel bekommen und mussten alles selbst regeln. Leider war der Empfang nicht wie erwartet. Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön, sauber usw. Leider bekommt man 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier, kein Spülmittel oder ähnliches. Das alles muss man selbst kaufen. Wir waren 6 Nächte und mussten nach 3 Tagen selbst nach sauberen Handtüchern fragen. Wir denken, das könnte ein bisschen besser sein.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer blieb während der Hitze schön und kühl. Die Betten sind hart, mein Mann hat gut geschlafen, ich etwas weniger. Der Pool ist wunderbar und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt? Die Städte Siena, Florenz und Arezzo sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben Florenz mit dem Zug erreicht, waren sehr entspannt und günstig.

Schönes Anwesen in ruhiger Umgebung. In der Nähe einer kleinen Stadt für Lebensmittel. Alles, was Sie im Laufe des Tages zu hören ist nicht zu viel befahrenen Autobahn. Etwa eine Autostunde von Florenz und Siena. Das Haus / die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, mit einer schönen Terrasse. Genug Platz zum Badminton zu spielen. In der Zeit, die wir dort waren, waren wir fast die ganze Woche die einzigen Gäste.

Die Unterkunft war leicht zugänglich und war in Ordnung, vor allem, wenn Sie Ruhe mögen. Das benachbarte Dorf ist auf der angegebenen Strecke, wenn auch sehr klein, aber dies nicht touristisch. Arezzo und Siena sind ziemlich leicht zu erreichen. Kurz gesagt, ein perfekter Rückzugsort.
