Our home is perfect for people needing to temporarily live, work and play in Austin.

Located just 6 miles from downtown off I-35 & 183, it's perfect for commuting or getting anywhere fast, work-from-home equipped, and provides a great place to rest after a long day of exploring the city, eating tacos and Bbq, or simply working from home.

This home is already setup for living -- fully furnished, fast internet and has all the tools and kitchen you'll need to cook and live well. We used to live here and left the place with everything we used!

This is a modern home equipped with Google Fiber internet, a Google Nest thermostat, Samsung Smart TV, new appliances, and more. There are working spaces in every room for those who work remotely. Downtown is about a 14-minute drive. 10-minute walk to buses that take you all over the city. Pets welcome with a small fee. We do not discriminate against any breeds — we love our pitties!

You'll have friendly neighbors. It’s near a highway which provides quick and easy access to getting around the city. Our block is full of families who are respectful of each other. It has a very communal vibe; neighbors stop to greet each other and are very friendly. There is an elementary school down the street that provides a peaceful walking trail behind it.

Public transit is available, but I recommend driving, biking, or using a ride share app (Uber or Lyft)

We kindly ask that dogs not go upstairs (unless you carry them); their claws scratch the hardwood floors up on the stairs.
