Appartamento ben arredato e sistemato, completo davvero di tutti i comfort, dalla lavatrice all’aria condizionata (sia in zona giorno che in zona notte), macchina del caffè “Lavazza a modo mio”, giochi di società, stendino per la biancheria oltre a prodotti bagno/cucina. Posizione ottima, seppur fuori dal centro di Piombino con antistanti diversi parcheggi, supermercato IN’s e Conad; spiaggia di Calamoresca a pochi minuti. Consiglio: se piace camminare e non c’è troppo caldo il centro di Piombino con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si può raggiungere a piedi. Noi abbiamo preferito prendere la macchina la sera anche se, soprattutto nel weekend, trovare parcheggio in centro non è semplice… consigliamo di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze del castello o della Chiesa S. Francesco d’Assisi. Nella zone da vedere Cala Violina. Posto super per ottimo pesce (da prenotare) Osteria Mangiafuoco. Andrea davvero gentile, disponibile e presente. Straconsigliamo.

L'appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario, uno dei piu forniti che abbiamo trovato ,per quanto riguarda la cucina e il bagno. E' pulito e di recente ristrutturazione, ben arredato e piacevole da vivere anche se di ridotte dimensioni, ha un bagno bello ampio e una camera spaziosa con armadio annesso. L'appartamento è ben accessibile da tutti anche se situato al primo piano di una palazzina dotata di ascensore in caso servisse. Ha un ampio parcheggio libero di fronte, che si satura solo nelle ore serali, nelle vicinanze c'è un grande supermercato ben fornito di una nota catena italiana. Non posso esprimermi per quanto riguarda i trasporti, noi abbiamo utilizzato sempre la macchina per spostarci. Andrea ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile nel cercare una soluzione per le nostre richieste.
