Idyll in den wunderschönen Marken

Die Ferienanlage ist malerisch gelegen. Wer Ruhe mag, der ist hier richtig. Das Haus an sich ist groß und geräumig, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von den oberen Zimmern auf Torre di Palme und das Meer ist grandios.

Schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben den Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und wie beschrieben. Platz für 7 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind war reichlich, schöne Ferienanlage, tolle Umgebung, schöne Strände!.Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer fantastischen Gegend

Unser Urlaub war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und komfortabel und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Wir haben wunderschöne Strände erkundet, interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht und jede Menge Spaß gehabt. Cristina war unglaublich freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Boligen ligger fantastisk til, med ti minutter å gå til den vakre landsbyen Torre di Palme og flere restauranter i gangavstand. Også kort kjøretur til butikk og til strand. Huset har vakker utsikt, en behagelig (men nokså liten) terrasse og er godt utstyrt. Det er fine lekeområder for barn, men bassenget er ikke ideelt for litt større barn. Det er ikke lov å hoppe eller ha med badeleker og det stenger hver dag kl 19. Også greit å vite at utleier bor tett innpå leiligheten. Vi ble fortalt på forhånd at leiligheten ville holde seg kjølig til tross for de høye sommertemperaturene, men det var dessverre ikke riktig. Med temperatur over 30 grader mange dager i strekk ble det veldig varmt inne, og spesielt soverommene i de to øverste etasjene ble ubehagelige og vanskelige å sove i. Det øverste rommet var både svært varmt og uten myggnetting, og kunne ikke brukes. Det er bare gulvvifter til nedkjøling. Dette gjør at vår totalvurdering av et ellers nydelig sted ikke blir så god.

i bassenget er det ikke tillatt å dykke fordi det er farlig og du kan ikke ta med veldig store gummibåter fordi de tar opp hele bassenget, bassenget er åpent fra 9 til 19: ti timer uten avbrudd. også i to kvelder var det åpent til 22.00. det virker ikke som en liten ... tre dager før du kom spurte du meg om klimaanlegg; Jeg svarte at i denne leiligheten, med veldig tykke vegger, føler du mindre varme, det er bare vifter og i løpet av 10 års aktivitet har ingen noen gang klaget på varmen: du kan sjekke inn de 95 anmeldelsene. denne sommeren har vært den varmeste de siste tjue årene, men både gjestene før deg og de etter deg har ikke klaget .kanskje du som kommer fra Norge ikke er vant til den italienske varmen. alle vinduene har myggnetting bortsett fra veluxen på loftet fordi du ikke har en svingåpning. Jeg benytter anledningen til å påpeke at du har forlatt leiligheten i en katastrofal tilstand: skitten, i uorden, du har flyttet møbler og senger fra en etasje til en annen uten å sette dem på plass igjen: mange gjester har klaget fordi om kvelden til kl. sent på kvelden snakket du høyt og forstyrret deg, du prøvde å slippe andre gjester inn uten å si det ... siden jeg la merke til at du mislikte det.

Das Mietobjekt befindet sich in einer kleinen privaten Anlage mit Pool, Parkplatz und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ein Pluspunkt sind die integrierteren Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schön gewesen

Wir haben als Familie zwei Wochen in der schönen Ferienanlage verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Es ist sehr kinderfreundlich (Trampolin, Tischtennis, Pool, Tischkicker, etc.). Man hat in der Anlage einen sehr schönen Ausblick und mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten zum Meer. Können die Ferienanlage sehr empfehlen.

Great stay

Hi all. We had a wonderfull stay in this house which is a small nr of appartments. It is a good base to visit the surroundings and beaches. The property also had a nice pool and a playground with a mini football game and ping pong etc.

Sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt

Wir waren hier 2 Wochen lang zu siebt und waren komplett begeistert. Das Anwesen war sehr gross und man hat direkten Meerblick. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in dem Nachbarort Porto San Giorgio wo man einen schönen Sandstrand hat sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen wollen.

Wanderful place for a quiet and relaxing holiday

The host has been great welcoming us with a book and all the relevant information, restaurants and place to see. The house is beautiful, three levels 4 bedrooms, wonderful terrace with fantastic view, where we had most of the meals and evening drinks. The place was perfect for two families with 8 kids. There is a very clean and functional swimming pool, a little but useful opendoor gym and lot of games for kids. The seaside is just 8/10 min away by car and the location is great because is fresh (no need of air conditioning) and you don't have the warm and hot weather of Porto San Giorgio. We also have enjoyed having barbecue and visiting the close little medieval town of torre di palme. Overall was great holiday! Nice seaside time, beach and pool as we wanted every day, very beautiful and fresh evening overlooking the hills and the sea. I would recommend and I will come back again!!

Tolle Ferien in den Marken

Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auf einer Anhöhe mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, machte die ganze Anlage (Haus, Garten, Pool) eine tollen Eindruck, was sich über zwei Wochen hinhielt. Obwohl einige Wohnungen, war es immer sehr ruhig und man traf kaum die anderen Anwohner ... obwohl überall Kinder waren. Auch die Besitzer waren sehr nett und vor Ort und konnten auch immer wieder helfen. Wirklich tolle Ferien an einem schönen Ort!

Beautiful and peacefull location

Our family of 5 persons from Finland spent 10 days in Torre di Palme. The resort was really nice and we enjoyed especially the pool area (9-14-16 daughters). We drove to the nearby villages and spent a few days at the beach as well. Marche area is spectacular and the accomodation was really peacefull, just what we were after. Recommendations from Finland!

Siamo stati molto contenti della nostra vacanza. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e luminosa, con una vista spettacolare su colline e mare. In due minuti di macchina si raggiungono spiagge libere o attrezzate, supermercati, mercato del paese e tutto quello che serve. A un minuto di macchina si raggiunge il paesino di torre di palme, che è a dir poco spettacolare. Se invece si desidera riposare restando a casa... La piscina è molto bella, tra gli ulivi e una bellissima vista mare. Chi ha bambini sarà felice di sapere che all'interno del complesso oltre alla piscina c'è un parco giochi molto attrezzato. Siamo stati davvero bene. Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Nice vacation in calm location!

Nice property in a calm location but only a few minutes from the sea-side. The owners were very welcoming and available to deal with all sorts of questions. They give many tips on good places to find local markets, beaches, fish restaurants, very affordable shoes,... They also organise a service to deliver fresh bread in the morning. Good sized pool and 1.2m depth throughout, making it ideal for kids. Only weak points were the variability of the wifi and the living / kitchen area of apartment H gets quite dark when the sun leaves that side of the building.

Exellent location!

We have enjoyed ourselves for two weeks on this beautiful location with magnificent view all around. We rented apartment F which is actually a complete house. The location is a two-days drive from the Netherlands but the plus is that you get away from mass tourism. The pool is bigger than shown on the pictures and therefore big enough for multiple families at the same time. Even when fully booked (high season), the location wasn't crowded. The playground for the children is excellent. The owners are very cordial and helpful and provide you with many tips in the area and respect your privacy. There is an affordable, daily fresh bread service. The house is big and fully equipped. There are screens for every window and door to keep insects out. We highly recommend this location!

Dear Guest, thank for your kind review. Unfortunately the TV connection doesn't depend from us, but from the Regional signal that in some days cannot work very well just for Mediaset channels. Just for your information, the house cannot guest more than 8 people + 2 children, and not 12 people like you wrote. In any case there is space enough to stay until 10 people. You were 8 people. Sweet and cosy, away from touristic trouble

From seeing the estate first on FeWo, we fell in love with it. When we arrived, almost everything was exactly as expected. The rooms are clean and were nicely prepared (towels and bedsheet were provided) and the host was very nice and forthcoming. We even got a list of locations from the area. At the moment, the garden of our appartment is being redone, but we were offered to have the kids play on another area. One minor nit-pick would be the grill, because it was very small and we did not use it (although we were even provided with the coal to use it. Again: very nice and great host!) All in all, we are very happy with the choice to stay there and will most likely (next time with a smaller group of people) come again. Thank you very much!
