This is the perfect place to be at the base of peak 7, steps away from the chairlift. Other great features include it is located right next to the rental shop and the equipment lockers and lockeroom lead directly out to the chairlift.The heated underground parking and elevators were a plus as we had our own gear.It is a quick drive or shuttle to downtown Breckenridge.

Perfect home base

Our group of eight were very happy in this condo. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the steam shower! The shuttle service was a plus too!

Luxurious wel appointed condo

Stayed with family of 2 kids and in laws, and the condo met our needs exceedingly well. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious and the view was great. The condo is located close to Main Street and one has decent number of delivery options.

Break stay

Excellent location. Amenities were down including steam room, spa for few days and no hot water for one evening - NYE- so freezing showers- after day on mountain. Not ideal. Would have been great to have more room keys since holds 8 people but only 4 keys- of which only 3 worked. For older kids going their own way. We struggled with access all week, and juggling keys.

The kitchen faucet did not work properly throughout our 4 night stay even tough we called maintenance twice. The place needs a GOOD deep cleaning.

Beware of summer in this unit

This unit gets exceedingly hott. There is no air conditioning and the thermostat consistently ready in the high 70s to low 80s. When I contacted management they simply said “the building runs hot in the summer.” That would be nice to know in the listing. Even though the temperature outside ranged from mid 40s at night to low 70s during the day and even with every window open and all the fans blasting, the unit would not cool down! It was like an oven. Additionally, there is clearly a mouse problem at the building. While I never saw a mouse in the unit, every morning I had to sweep off the balcony as there were 100s of mouse poop on the ground. There was also mouse traps throughout the garage so management is definitely aware of the issue. Breckenridge the town is great and the unit set up was nice but I would never stay here again for the reasons listed above.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Unfortunately - the unit is really dirty, needs a deep clean to get it up to normal rental standards, especially at the Breck price point... dust everywhere, soiled linens, gross toilets. Plus, the beds are really uncomfortable, especially the pull out couch! Thank goodness my guest that slept on this bed weighed less than 70 lbs. and did not complain.I do not recommend renting this unit.
