Asheville Home - Go To Everything, Monthly Rentals!

Great place in the heart of West Asheville - less than a half mile (0.4 mile) walk to Haywood Road shops and restaurants, including Westville Pub, West End Bakery, Universal Joint, Isis Restaurant and Music Hall (bands from all genres), Biscuit Head, etc. Huge backyard and creek for kids to enjoy. Great deck for grilling. Peaceful, quiet setting at end of street. Monthly rental (up to 3 months at a time - additional months negotiable).

Also very close to West Asheville Park with playground and baseball field, River Arts District, Downtown Asheville, Biltmore House, the Farmer's Market, the Blue Ridge Parkway, etc.

The house has 4 bedrooms. The beds are three queens, a twin, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 9. Two full bathrooms - one upstairs where 3 of the bedrooms are located, and one downstairs en suite to the 4th bedroom. The downstairs (basement) also has an unfinished garage/laundry area.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

West Asheville Perfection

I’m so glad we decided to stay at Rich & Mindy’s place. They could not have been any nicer or more helpful leading up to our arrival and the house itself was just as the pictures indicated - ADORABLE, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. The beds were all comfortable (my husband is super picky about beds and even he approved) and everything you could possibly need was provided. The location of the house was exactly what I had envisioned for our vacation. Just blocks from Haywood Road, we were close enough to walk around West Asheville and enjoy the wonderful bars and restaurants (Sunny Point Café is a MUST), but with a spacious yard that provided us privacy and the enjoyment of watching the fireflies and feeling as if we were not in the city. With its close proximity to major highways, we were able to do several day trips around the area such as Saluda, Catawba Falls, Hendersonville, Brevard and Greenville (SC). All were within reasonable and scenic drive. My only hesitation in giving this house and the owners the 5-star rating deserved is that I wouldn’t want it to be so popular that it is booked the next time I can get to Asheville ;) Thank you so much Rich & Mindy for being such wonderful VRBO hosts and sharing your piece of Asheville with the rest of us. Location is just a quick walk to lots of choices for food. Also close to 40/240/26 so you ease of travel around the area.

Cute house in great location

The Jones house in West Asheville is adorable. It was very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. We stayed for a month while our new home in the area was being built. The owners were very pleasant and responsive when we had any questions, or made any requests. We highly recommend this location.

Fantastic Property and Location

This property was absolutely great! It was close to everything. Great restaurants and entertainment attractions. The property was super clean and stocked with all the basics which was great since we forgot some things. The owner Rich could not have been any nicer and accommodating. He was always a phone call or email away if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again if I plan another trip to Asheville. Rich, THANK YOU for being such a great host!
