Casa Becca Villa - Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canaries, Spain

Casa Becca Villa is situated within the much sought after complex of Residencial Las Buganvillas, Casa Becca is approximately 20 minutes walk into the town of Playa Blanca. There you will find two beaches; Playa Dorada and the small town centre beach - with white sand, wave breakers (at Playa Dorada only) and shallow entry to the sea - you will no doubt spend many a day here having fun.

The villa benefits from a small supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away, with larger supermarkets in Playa Blanca

This property is very modern inside - with sleek lines and contemporary style. Downstairs is the spacious lounge filled with light thanks to its high ceilings and tall windows. A modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine for the coffee connoisseur.
You will also find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level - two twin rooms and a double.

Upstairs is the master bedroom complete with en-suite, and an additional lounge / TV room for relaxing. The upstairs has a raised terrace where you will find a sofa area and place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in those views.

Back on ground level, the outdoor terrace area boasts a swimming pool, outdoor dining table and an outdoor pool table.

In addition there is an extra room off the terrace offering table tennis and dart board. Here you will also find the washing machine in case you need to keep on top of your laundry whilst soaking in the sunshine.

With Air conditioning and IPTV offering multiple movie and sports channels - this completes the picture of a truly amazing villa experience.

Relaxing holiday in great villa

Very well appointed and equipped villa which matched its description. Plenty of space and helped deliver a very good and relaxing holiday for all of us. Great communication from Rebecca and the combination of swimming pool, pool table and table tennis kept us entertained. Would definitely recommend it and return to it

Excellent villa!

The villa was lovely, as described. It was incredibly clean and well equipped. The layout of the villa was ideal and perfect for two families. There were a few maintenance issues however these were resolved very quickly. There was good communication with the owner, James and Louise were brilliant, really helpfully and responded really promptly to any issues.

This was a great villa with everything we needed to enjoy our stay/holiday. All the family had a great relaxing holiday here which was in a great location and was very quiet/peaceful location. Walk to play Blanca centre was about 25mins which helped work up an appetite. Louise from the management company was 1st class and looked after us during our stay answering and dealing with any questions or queries promptly and also recommendations of where to eat. We would definitely return to this villa and hope to do so soon

Family holiday

Had a great holiday at this lovely villa , plenty to keep all ages amused swimming pool, table tennis & pool kept teenagers amused . Shop just a short walk , longer walk to resort , was nice to have a stroll though after having a day doing nothing & taxis back very cheap . Communication from villa owner excellent we would love to return
