The spacious living room features a dining table, a double couch bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries, including a washing machine, should you need it.

The bedrooms are a delightful space furnished with a heavenly king-sized bed and two single beds in the second room, with quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.

We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In the elegant New Town, Georgian townhouses line the broad avenues and open squares. Shoppers hit chain stores on Princes Street and upscale boutiques on and around George Street, while office workers and affluent residents grab drinks in chic hotel bars and atmospheric cocktail lounges. Paintings of famous Scots past and present are on show at the neo-Gothic, red sandstone Scottish National Portrait Gallery.

You'll have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. No parking is included. Waverly Railway Station and Annandale Street (Stop ED) bus stops are within walking distance, while Edinburgh Airport is 9.5 miles away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
